The human mind is truly the scariest thing of all. It can twist distort and so much more. The mind can take the simplest of things and change them to be the darkest. That shadow over there, demon; that guy in a black hoodie with his hood up, criminal/shady; a creak late at night, murder coming to get you. All these things that we may never even notice with others, intently catch our eye when alone. When left alone, the mind can be the most deadly thing on the planet. Suicide is one of the highest causes of death, and when you think it all leads back to the mind. Bullies? There mind thought it before they said it, the victim's mind thought about it over and over and again till they believed it. Depression? The thoughts that are depression and in their mind. Anxiety? Your thoughts are your worries. This is just the beginning of every little thing your mind does.
