Your POV

"Soulmate, I need you, we need you." He said, he smiled, but it was painful, forced. "If you're watching this...can you please come?"

"He needs you, Y/N." Mia said,

I snatched my arm away from her.

"Don't you think I know that?" I said bitterly. "I'm still thinking."

"What's there to think about?!" She yelled. "Your Soulmate is hot! Kind! Literally perfect!"

"I hate the spotlight!" I retorted. "I hate everything about it, being forced into this.."

"Why?!" Mia yelled.

"I got molested! Okay?" I exclaimed. "Okay..?"

I could feel my eyes sting, remembering that time.

"I was only s-six at the time." I stuttered. "I guess the man couldn't hold back, I was too...'precious'."

Mia's eyes widened.

"Don't say anything, okay?" She whispered.

"I'm going to go, though." I said. "He needs me."

I started to walk away, but Mia called my name.

"Did he get caught?" She whispered.

"Yes, a kid found him, his aim was quite well, and he hit the guy, he gave the cops enough time to catch him."

"I owe that kid my life."

"Oh, that's good." She smiled. "By the way, BigHit set up a small center to find the Soulmate, I'll text you the location."

"Thanks."

Narrator POV

"This is fake, please excuse yourself." Jungkook said whilst smiling.

The girls left while talking. "He's so hot!" 

Jin smirked as he leaned closer to Jungkook. "I think they're just coming to meet you."

"Probably." Jungkook mumbled while stretching. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom, keep checking, alright?"

Jin nodded, as he went back to his spot.

'This is absurd.' You thought. 

You were standing behind almost thousands of girls, who were obviously coming to meet BTS, for free.

"This is ridiculous." You whispered.

"I know right?" A girl said behind me.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Scarlet, yours?" The girl replied.

"Y/N." I smiled.

"I'm only here to see Jungkook, to be honest."

I nodded. "You can go first then."

She went in front of me.

I suddenly felt upset that she'd see Jungkook first.

Jungkook POV

"How long did I take?" I asked.

"Like, five minutes." Jin said.

"Oh, good." I sighed. "Did we find the Soulmate yet?"

"If we did, we would've closed this down." Jin deadpanned.

"Wow, okay smarta-" I was cut off by Jimin tapping my shoulder.

"What? I questioned.

"That person's leaving." He pointed out,

"Why?" I asked.

"I don't know." He replied.

"Why leave though? Unless they're wasting their time."

"I know, even if they're fake, they'll stay to see you."

"That means.." I whispered.

"They're your Soulmate.."

"Why would they leave? They're my Soulmate, they should be happy!"

"You won't know unless you ask." Jimin said.

I jumped out of my seat and ran towards her,

As the girl stood in front of me, I realized I didn't want to be there, I was making excuses to stay away,

Well my heart definitely wanted to go, but I didn't.

So I did the most logical thing and stepped out of the line.

'This is so stupid.' I thought.

I took off the hat, I stared at it.

"All because of you." I whispered.

'But getting hit on the forehead?' I chuckled lightly.

I felt my eyes sting as I remembered why I was here.

'He looked so scared.'

I was thinking of going back in the line, but I shook my head.

I saw the tears hit the floor,

'I don't want this.'

I gasped when someone grabbed my wrist suddenly.

"Hey! Hands off-" I was about to yell at whoever the person was, when I realized.

"Jungkook?"

He used his right hand to pull me closer,

I stared at him with a dazed expression,

He then put his wrist on my forehead, and smiled when it glowed.

"Soulmate." He said.

Why was I smiling too?

'I just took off my hat.'I thought.

"Yeah?" I smiled, my heart was beating rapidly.

I swear it wasn't me, it was my body.
