Powers: kind of a mix of all the magic of every House, although it's weaker than a normal Fairy's

Personality: He's very calm and collected and quite charming. He always knows what to say and is extremely polite to everybody. He's witty, sassy and sometimes even sarcastic and uses satire. He's mostly pretty quiet and reserved and doesn't like crowds or complicated conversations.
Flaws: He can be oblivious and naive or just not understand some situations. Gets offended easily, especially about history or knowledge. Sometimes he says the wrong thing at the wrong time.
Other: He's the Royal Historian. Has a condition where he was born with mixed House colors and was bullied a lot for it.
