With every word I wrote... it all came flooding back to me.

When there was trouble
It was us against the world

When our relationship was revealed, people didn't know how to react. Hate flooded in, in giant waves just crashing down on us. But we stayed strong.

Chasing the sun, 'til anything felt right

But we didn't care what everyone thought. We escaped prying eyes at night and stayed together until sunrise. It felt perfect, and it just felt right whenever I was with him.

Whenever I was being unreasonable, he brought me back to earth. He helped me stay grounded.

He always kept me grounded. He made me the best version of me.
