1| I Don't Kiss and Tell

Sean's POV

"hey, guys!" i greeted happily.

all of the guys greeted me as i sat down with my tray of food. "do you guys know if there's rehearsal...what?" i asked with a confused face. they stared at me with a disappointed look in their eyes. "fine. i'll say it. why did you do it? you just got with kaycee!" ken said angrily.

my eyebrows furrowed at his words. "what are we talking about here?" i asked. "what we're talking about is why are you cheating on kaycee when-" josh b started.

"woah, woah, woah! no, okay? no. i'd never cheat on kaycee, ever. why in the hell would you guys think that, anyway?" i said shutting their prediction down quickly. i tried to push away the hurt feeling in my chest.

"dude, it's easy to tell you got some. you're happier, brighter, and you have hickeys. so that's the only thing that could've happened." josh p shrugged honestly. i scoffed, the hurt getting stronger. i rose from my seat in the booth and began walking towards the entrance of the cafeteria.

right when i was about to exit, someone put their hand on my shoulder. i turned to see my beloved girlfriend. "hey, angel." i greeted with a small smile. kaycee smiled before kissing me on the cheek. however, the smile was short-lived.

"aw, sean what's wrong?" she asked, taking my hand into her own. i shook my head wanting to let it go. kaycee gave me a sad look. we had an eye battle with each other before i finally gave in. "fine." i said rolling my eyes.

"the guys assumed i cheated on you just because of my...well, after affects of yesterday." i sighed. it really hurt to know that my friends would think of me as that type of person. kaycee looked back at the table then practically dragged me through the cafeteria back to the table.

she sat me down where i was previously then sat on my knee. "hey, boys." kaycee smiled. they all gave her a sad smile. josh b, however, took the initiative to speak up. "kayc, can we talk in private? i need to tell you something."

"first let me tell you something. let me tell you all something. the next time you want to make an assumption, make sure you know all of the facts first. don't go running with whatever you think happened when it's far from the truth." kaycee said passionately.

"kayc, listen-" josh b said trying to interfere. "no, you listen." she snapped. "with all that sean and i have been through, you really think he'd throw it away just to get in someone's pants? because to me, that sounds like only terrible friends would make that assumption. and how is that fair? yes, sean is glowing, and is happier, and looks perfect. but it's because i'm the one that he slept with, not some stranger at a bar or something. so like i said, the next time you go making assumptions, especially about the people you're supposed to be there for, know the facts before you throw it in their face. do i make myself clear?" she vented angrily.

they nodded in slight shock and fear. "thank you. now, i'm going to go get lunch. when i come back, i hope to see my friends' beautiful faces and not looks of disgust or judgement." kaycee said before standing up. she kissed me lightheartedly before walking off into the lunch line.

"okay, um, details. now." julian said leaning forward on the table. i was fed up with this. how dare they accuse me of cheating on kaycee then 2 minutes later, expect me to tell them about my first time getting intimate with kaycee? this was unbelievable.

"i don't kiss and tell, gentlemen. not that you deserve it anyway." i spat bitterly, hurt laced in my voice. they looked at each other with guilt in their eyes, then back to me.

"look, man. we're sorry. we shouldn't have jumped to conclusions. we all had our ways in the past and it became a habit. we just thought you slipped back into them for a moment. we know you love kaycee, and we should've kept that in mind." josh p apologized with his hand on my shoulder. i just sighed and nodded. i couldn't stay mad at them.
