I'm scared.

Hinawakan ko  ng mahigpit ang kamay ni Darren.

“It's okay," Pag-cocomfort ni Darren. “Wear the gears. You'll love the view."

“D-Darren, Natatakot t-talaga ako e-eh." I stuttered.

He pinched my nose. “Ow!" I spat his hand away.

“I'm here, always beside you. Besides, the view's breath-taking."

We started walking back to the open space outside the room.

There I saw it very clearly. The helicopter.

“Are you afraid of heights?" He asked, concered. His eyes shining like stars.

“Nope." I said. “I'm afraid of dying."

He chuckled and ruffled my hair. “We're not going to die. Hindi tayo mamamatay, Via. We'll just enjoy nature."

I pouted at him, my heart beating fast.

“I'm always with you, no matter what, remember that." He said firmly.

Now, I felt my heart beating 2 times in a second. Not because of the ride, but because I felt inlove.

He held my hand gently and we walked towards the helicopter.

Unang beses ko palang makita ng malapitan ang helicopter. Unang beses ko rin makasakay dito.

Pero takot parin ako, kasi ang daming balita na namatay dahil sa plane crash or helicopter accidents.

Okay, Huminga ako ng malalim. I'll try to be brave. Wag kang O.A., Via.

I sat on the seat beside Darren. “You ready?"

I gulped. “Y-Yes."

The others went in, and we fly.

Flying. It's never impossible.

I'm flying.

Darren tapped my shoulder. “Via, look."

I was mesmerized. Ang ganda.

There I can see a place, all nearly green. On the right side, I can see a large blue color. Which, as Darren have told me ay swimming pool. Sa left, may mga buildings. May golf place din. Sabi ni Darren may picnic area din daw.

Biglang naging magalaw ang ride namin.

“Darren, anong nangyayari?"

“Relax." He shushed me. “Look, there's the carnival."

I gasped loudly. Ferris wheel can be seen from here.

“It's so beautiful, Darren."

I felt his arms wrapped me. “I told you."

I touched the glass of the window and smiled. “Thanks bestfriend."

He pulled out. “For what?"

“For making me brave. I know I can do this with you."

“Oh come on." He said. “What are bestfriends for?"

“Oh, that's just so romantic." Zoey bluttered in.

I felt my cheeks burn. I'm so embarassed.

“Viarren Feeeeels!" Violet squealed.

I want to disappear on my seat. Why? I feel so embarrased.
