"Lily!" Raphael yelled, frantically whisking his mate to his side, away from my battered frame on the ground.
"Let me go!" Lily shoved his grasp then immediately rushed to my aid. She tried to conceal her fear as she covered my wounds to prevent further bleeding.
"This Alpha protected me. We should help her."
