you may call me a lost astronaut
because you see me floating here
all by myself
spiralling through the darkness
so unnoticed that sometimes
i don't even notice myself.
i don't like being called lost
because i am full of
wonder
love
and
curiosity.
you may not see it
as it's hidden under my reflective helmet
(but that doesn't mean it's not there!)
— maybe one day, you will call me something other than lost. i want to have a purpose.
