Chapter 8: Bad guy

SHINSOU'S POV

"NEVER UNDERESTIMATE A GIRL, YOU HEAR ME?!"

My body aggressively slammed against the ground and my mind went blank for a few seconds. I was speechless and in fucking pain.

I stared up at her small figure. Her eyes were piercing through me like a sword and my breath hitched. I completely forgot all the other people surrounding us, I didn't feel any sort of embarrassment, no, I felt something completely different. My heart began to beat faster and I couldn't tear my gaze away from her.

She was different.

And I liked it.

I couldn't help but snicker. Her eyes widened and she tilted her head in confusion. My snickering broke out into complete laughter and I pushed myself off the ground. Now everyone was confused.

"Hahaha.. You sure are a feisty one, aren't you?", I said whilst licking my dry lips.

She didn't say a word and I stepped towards her closing the distance more and more between us. Her once angry and confused expression turned into a flustered one as I was only a few inches away from her face.

"Now little kitten, would you be so kind and apologize for hurting me? Hmm maybe with a kiss?", I whispered staring straight into her eyes.

READER-CHAN'S POV

E-EH?! W-What is going on with me?! I.. I feel like his eyes are..controlling me??! No! It can't be!

I tried to fight against the weird feeling taking over my body, but I couldn't stop myself from moving my face even closer towards his.
His smirk grew wider and he lifted my chin up with his fingers. My face began to heat up and I tried to stop myself, but it didn't work, until-

"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!"

Bakugous loud voice boomed. He grabbed me by my waist and pulled me away from the weird guy.

I shakily held on to Bakugous arm and was completely speechless by what just happened.

What in the world..was that? I was not in control of myself anymore..I felt so helpless.. This guy..I should be more careful around him.

"What are you being so overprotective for? Are you her boyfriend or what?", Shinsou sneered and glared at my saviour bakugou.

"Well maybe not now but I will protect her no matter what, you son of a-"

"Stop it please!!", I shouted and stood between the both of them.

I took a deep breath and turned towards Shinsou and said:

"Alright Shinsou. I apologize for slamming you on the ground, but it's your fault because you provoked me! I am usually not like this and I bet deep inside, you have a kind heart, I can tell! So please, don't try another one of your mind games on me or other people, you won't make yourself popular like that. School has just started so I want to ask you kindly: Wanna be friends?", I asked him, trying to look as serious as possible whilst holding my hand out.

"[Y/N]! He isn't controlling you now is he?!", Bakugou asked and stared at me in disbelief.

"N-No he is not!!!", I stuttered in defense and looked at Shinsou.

"..."

I suddenly remembered all the other students watching us and grew a bit uneasy by all their stares.

"We don't have all day, asshole.", Bakugou said, holding me yet again by my waist, making me feel protected.

"Stop insulting him, BAKAgou!!"

"What did you just say, you pipsqueak!!?"

Our own little argument was about to unfold when Shinsou finally spoke up.

"Alright.. I also apologize for my behaviour. I'd love to be friends..", he said while shyly scratching the back of his neck.

I felt happiness bubbling inside my chest and couldn't help but jump into the air.

"Yahooo! I just turned a BAD GUY into a good one! I am so amazing!!!"

Kirishima and Shouto came up to me and asked me if I was okay and I reassured them that I was fine and continued to talk with them.

3Rd POV

Bakugou continued to stare daggers at Shinsou and balled his hands tightly into fists, making his knuckles turn white.

"I fucking swear to god, if you ever pull that kind of shit again, I'll blast you into oblivion, ya hear me?!"

Shinsou only smirked at him and turned around. As he began to walk away he slightly turned his head and looked at him over his shoulder.

"You and your classmates surely are blessed to have an angel like her in your class. Guess I changed my mind. She is one hell of a strong girl. Be sure to keep an eye on her because if you don't.. I might just snatch her away from you."
