After realising that they escaped, I went on my way to Woaba Boba to check if Sera's alright
"Urgh...."
They just had to creep up behind and stab me on the shoulder with a knife... And how the hell did they wake up so fast after I knocked out some of them?
I suddenly noticed people around me whispering
"What happened to that kid?"
"A Wellston student injured?"
"Is that blood?"
*sigh* I need to get out of here before this turns into a bigger deal
4:19 PM, Outside Woaba Boba
Sera POV
Where the hell did John run off to? And his shoulder is injured... It looked like his shoulder got stabbed... Could it be?
"John! Where did you go? And what happened to you?!" Sera aksed
"It's those kidnappers... But they decided to go for me this time"
So it really WAS those guys that ambushed me...
"Really? Y-You didn't lose your ability right?"
"No... Thank God I didn't. I think I should go to the infirmary. You coming?"
"What are you talking about? It's not school hours anymore, so it's closed... Let's just call Elaine"
"Ohh right...." Said John "Sera, you think Elaine deserves to be healer?"
"Huh? What do you mean by that?"
"I mean... she only uses her healing her ability on the higher tiers and herself, when in reality... the low tiers are the ones that need it the most. Doesn't that kinda piss you off?" Said John irritated
"I.... never actually really thought about it that much. But I guess you're right"
I know what John is trying to tell me... But I can't blame it on Elaine, or anyone. It's just that the world taught us to be like that...

9:06 AM, Wellston Private Highschool
John POV
I was just getting my things from my locker to prepare for my first class of the day... But something feels strange
Why does it feel like I'm always getting stares... And why does it feel like they're walking away from me? Something's off...
"John, Please head to the Headmaster's Main Office"
And now THIS? What's going on?
9:10 AM, Headmaster's Office
Even on my way to the office felt like everyone was avoiding me... Which is awesome, but still strange
"John... Is everything alright?" Vaughn asked
"Uhm Yes I guess so... Is there something wrong sir?"
"Hmm... So you're not aware"
Suddenly the headmaster pulled out a newspaper with me on the front cover injured after getting ambushed
"Wha-?"
"If you haven't realised.... This isn't the newspaper from the school press. This is an actual local newspaper. Can you explain what happened?"
