"Uhm... Yeah I guess so. Why do you look so shocked? Is it something I should be worried about?" Sera asked
"So you're always at the top of the class but you don't know what a late-bloomer is?" I asked sarcastically
I can see Sera clenching on her drink indicating that she's kinda irritated by what I just said
"Haha... Veery funny. Can you just tell me already?"
"Right, sorry... Remember what I said to you about my ability that miraculously grew in an unusual span of time? Well, thats basically what it means to be a late-bloomer"
"WHAT?!" Yelled Sera which startled all the people "How come I've never knew about this?"
"Well you DID say that you've never seen her use her ability before" I said
"I know... But my family could've at least told me this... My life is filled with so many secrets I swear" Sera said dissapointed in herself
"I'm sorry... But maybe your sister have a reason to keep it a secret... Maybe she doesn't want to relive those times when she was a low-tier?... Late bloomers tend to get treated a bit differently than actual high tiers" I explained
"Is that so?" Asked Sera "So why did my mom consider that late-bloomers always ends up as a failure?"
"Well... being a low-tier or a high-tier is one thing... But a late-bloomer had to experience them all. They get bullied a lot but then they got the opportunity to stand at the top. It affects our way of thinking. If I got bullied a lot when I was a low tier back then... Why can't I beat up all the high tiers as a late-bloomer? Thats exactly what a late-bloomer would think. But the problem is when I was used to get beaten up, no one bated an eye... But when I beat up a high tier, it's suddenly a HUGE problem?? That is WHY the hierarchy is a JOKE"
