Sooyoung sat in the living room couch with Donghan as they both waited for Seoyun to get home, both of them just getting back to Korea that day.
Both of them were searching for movies to watch until they heard the door open and in walked in a drenched from head to toe Seoyun, as she looked like she had been swimming in a lake with her clothes on.
She walked in looking exhausted as ever, but her face brightened up seeing both her siblings.
"Went out for a swim?" Donghan said as Seoyun chuckled and nodded
"Taeyong thought it was a good to push me into the lake by surprise" Seoyun said rolling her eyes playfully
"What happen to your hand?" Sooyoung said grabbing her sister's hand, as a blood drenched white cloth was wrapped around it.
"I cut myself with a broken bottle that was inside the lake when I was pushed" Seoyun said pulling her hand back before Sooyoung had the chance to look over it
"It's not as bad as it seems, and it'll heal within days, I'll just keep a watch on it" Seoyun said as she gave both of them a reassuring look
"Well, get changed, disinfect that cut, and come downstairs to watch this movie because we didn't wait for you to come home for nothing"

"In order for that to happen is if you have killed a siren" Sooyoung said as she backed away from him, fear laced her tone
"Sooyoung, i didn't have a choice" Jaehyun said as he tried to step closer to her but she raised both her hands to stop him, laying them both on his chest
"What do you mean you didn't have much of a choice?" Sooyoung lowly
"Come here" he said grabbing her hand, and sitting her down next to him at the edge of the bed
He really didn't have much of a choice, ever. His life was controlled by his father most of his life, being the only one to take over the coven, his father strives to shape Jaehyun into the best heir there could be.
His mother was his saving grace, his safe haven that distracted him of his father, and made him feel safe.
