i punch my boyfriend

i come home and my boyfriend is sitting on the couch. he gets up and starts yelling in my face

"you're hanging out with jon aren't you"

"yes he is my best friend"

"he took you to a coffee shop"

"ok"

mr murphy runs out of the house and i know where he is going. he is going to jon's house

i follow him and he rings his door bell

jon opens the door to see a bald man and me standing behind him

mr murphy slaps jon and i run up and punch mr murphy

i have never used physical violence on someone before. it doesn't feel as good as they make it seem in the movies

jon gasps and mr murphy is bleeding from the nose. i don't know what to do

"don't call the cops"

jon snickers. "you are a life savior"

he has a little red hand mark on his left cheek from mr murphy's ugly long hand
