Those fascinating ocean blue eyes
That captivate the world
Your golden hair
That shimmers like the sun
With that all so tempting smile
You had such inspiring words
But I doubted and questioned them
Your view had always tempted me
Saying, "Oh, how great life would be this way."
You stood on that battlefield
So tall, so strong, so brave
You stand at the front of the pack
Holding that flag ever so proudly
I look at you and see
A person that believes in people like me
Someone who guides the people
To seek a better future, a better tomorrow
One free from any tyranny
You take that blood stained flag
And wave it across the sky
People shout and rejoice
You come to me
And I ask for your name
And You smile that ever so tempting smile and say,
"I am called Freedom."
