"No !"Jin says without meeting Taehyung
"Yes !Taehyung says his eyes saying a whole story that Jungkook soo wanted to know
"Ohkey ! Listen if you are kind of a spy ! Then get out now !" Jungkook said looking at Jin
"I am not t hat childish to keep a spy on you and  I don't do that stuff and besides Jin would never...."
Jin just looked up suddently his face showing he wanted to be anywhere but here his knuckles were turning white
"Jin can we talk "
"I don't have anything to talk to you "
"Jin please...let me...." taehyung said taking a step closer to jin
"Taehyung take one more step you will be a dead man" jin said clenching his hand
"Alright as much as I would love to see you unconscious,  break it off I don't want to start another scandal again " Jungkook said looking between both Jin and taehyung and "  Taehyung learn to take no as an answer sometimes it's good for your health" Jungkook said giving Taehyung a stern glare
"I have something to discuss with you"
"Let's go in then"
Jungkook looks at Jin before entering the office he has never seen the guy this upset.
"Now get to the point what is it ? I thought you didn't have time for kids" Jeongkook asked as soon as he entered his office
"Oh Jeon jungkook !!so you read the article"
"Unlike some people I keep myself updated now don't waste my time and get to it"
"Always on your toes !" Taehyung chuckled as he sat down.
"Ok cool I came to apologise" taehyung said closing his eyes and sighing
"What ?" Both hobi and jungkook said at the same time
"Look I know we are rivals and u don't like me but I would never want you to get hurt"
"Oh cut the bullshit you are afraid we are going to press charges on the guy which will tarnish you and your fan base"!
"Are you ?" Taehyung said looking up suddently eyes bright
"Well ......"
"I am ready to pay for the grievances this has caused and you will get a few articles  promoting you in the top leading magazines and we forget the whole thing happened,  if it's a deal then I will hear back from hobie soon right ? "  Taehyung said standing up and looking at hoseok with a dark expression
"Hey I haven't agreed it to anything" ...
"I know ! Hurry the clock is ticking and you don't have much  and besides no one was hurt" Taehyung said leaving the office
"Urghhh the guy gives me goosebumps" hobi said leaving the office too.
Jungkook just scoffs as he watches the black haired guy walk away with such swag he gave him that, he is charming and his voice is really something else but he hated him to the core.
Taehyung was someone he looked up to in the past,  they were even friends in the past some might say, then something happened and taehyung just changed completely and started to behave like the a**hole that he is today.
Jungkook saw from his glass door how taehyung lingered in his office lobby as if he was searching for someone.
Oh jin !Where was he anyway Jungkook wondered.
He was going to make himself some coffee when he saw Jin hiding behind a pillar and peeking at someone clearly the guy hadn't seen Jungkook so he decided to surprise Jin from the back
"Who are you looking at .... aaaah"
Jungkook didn't get an answer instead he could feel an unbearable pain in his hands that were twisted behind his back in a minute
"Hey !! it's me it's me let go it hurts aaaaa let go !" Jungkook said trying to tap jins hand but failing miserably
"Oh sorry !" Jin said immediately letting go with a sheepish grin
"What do u mean by sorry ! You wanted to do that to me for a while didn't u?"
Jin just shrugged and smiled and began walking away
"What is your deal with Kim taehyung ?"
Jin froze and  turned around with a serious expression "it has nothing to do with you"
"In a way yes it has he is my rival u know soo I have to know whether you are his spy"....
Jin just scoffed
"Alright! I know that face you are not gonna talk about it ! but I will find out soon!"
"Sure !" And started to walk away
"Where are you going, shouldn't you be near me what if someone attacks me"
"Are you serious"? in your pantry who is going to hurt you the coffee machine?"
"U never know !" Jungkook shrugged
Jin just sighs and waits for Jungkook to make his coffee ☕️"
"Feel free to make some for yourself" Jungkook said when he saw Jin standing awkwardly looking at him
"Uhh I can't"
"Oh for crying out loud is there a policy where you can't eat with your person you are human too you can... "
"Aaaa Jungkook" jin said cutting Jungkook off and showing his right hand to him
"Can't  do that with one hand" he said pointing at the machine Jungkook just looked at the plastered hand and then back at Jin
"No one was hurt anyway"  Taehyung s words echoed in Jungkook's ears
"But you said it was all healed up"
"What you want me to say that it still hurts like hell to an old lady"?
"Uhhh I am.."
"What is this what am I seeing the arrogant Jeon jungkook being all out of words ? What has the world come to" jin said mockingly
"Hey I am not that bad"
"Yeah right ! alright then drink up  i am fine"
Jungkook pushes the cup toward Jin suddently
"What are you doing" jin said surprised
"Drink this I don't feel like drinking anymore jungkook said standing up
"Excuse me mr. Jeon"
"call me JK"
"Huh ?"
"Thank you"
"What"? Jin was out of words seeing this kind of behaviour from the so called brat
"Listen if you are doing this to know what's up with Taehyung and me I swear to god"
"I didn't get a proper chance to say thank you and I have been acting like an ungrateful brat you saved my life even though you didn't have to I may not show it but I was scared shitless  out of my mind back then when I saw the guy charging towards me, so thank you" Jungkook said his eyes looking as sincere as ever
"That's it! What proposal did Taehyung keep for you to be this sincere for once did he ask you to trade me because if you did do something like that I quit I seriously"....
"Ooo how did u know he laid down a proposal"
"It's Taehyung it's what he does best he trades .." Jin seems to be lost in his thoughts
"Anyway I didn't do anything of that sort it's just much simpler than that" ...
Jin stands up after having his coffeee
"You should take the proposal if it's good for you,  thanks for the coffee"
"Yes sir" Jungkook looks up and gives  jin a salute as he sees him walking away
"And by the way Jungkook"... Jin says turning back "you are not that bad" ......
Jungkook just shakes his head and chuckles and gets up and follows behind him
