"ew shut up, i haven't even been here a day and you're already predicting my future" i frown at her through the screen. "ight i'm sorry, don't lie u lowkey miss me though" "i don't ugly ass bitch" "says the ursula looking headass" we both laugh before i start to tear up a little. "hey don't cry,i'm sure you'll meet really great people at school soon, in 2 days you'll forget me" she comforts. "lies but ok,i'll talk to you soon okay?" she nods and blows a kiss to the camera "i love you" "i love you too"
i sit there for a bit recollecting myself before i decided to do research on the school i'm gonna be attending. i go on the website and see pictures of the students and the school areas. i found a picture captioned "SOCCER TEAM 2019" and recognise alejandro and alvaro in it. so they play soccer huh? explains the ball. i scan through the picture and realised that some of them were kinda cute. i stopped researching and decided to get some rest, i was gonna attend it in 2 days anyway.

i wait at the bus stop and adjusted my shirt for about the 10th time since i left the house. i was so damn nervous and when i thought it couldn't get worse a cute short boy showed up. "hey u waiting too?" he asks. kind of a stupid question but i guess he was trying to break silence. "yeah haha" stupid stupid that's all you could think of? "cool, i'm kairi" he stuck his hand out, i looked at it for a bit like the dumbass i am then shook it "i'm mariana, but you can call me marii" his eyes widen at a realisation and he smiles widely. "oh you're the new kid?" "is it that obvious?" he shook his head "no it's just news spread fast around here" he shrugs then the bus pulls up. he gets in and calls me over to sit next to him. i accepted and we had a solid conversation on the way to school. he looked so familiar but i couldn't put my finger on it. i ignored the feeling and continued talking to him
when the bus stopped, we all got off. "you need help getting to the front office?" he asks. i was too shy to ask so i just said no, "ok then, suit yourself. i'll see you around" and with that i lost my only potential friend. i start walking mindlessly around and searched for the front office. it took me about 15 minutes before i found my way. i was given a schedule and realised i was already late to first period,what an amazing way to start. way to go stupid.
