My eyes are wide open
As I struggle to fall asleep
My mind keeps me awake
Racing thoughts on repeat
I toss and turn all night
I can't seem to find peace
My thoughts are too much
I wish I could cure my disease
I haven't slept in a while
I can never get any rest
I am always so tired
Feeling an emptiness in my chest
My eyes are always wide open
My sleep deprived mind is broken
