Toxic Thoughts
I am damaged
So much pain inside
The worst part is
Its from my own mind
I do this to myself
My thoughts and beliefs
Are toxic and cruel
They cause me so much grief
I am toxic to myself
I Am my own enemy
I am fighting a war
But I got no fight left in me
I am drowning in negativity
My thoughts so toxic
Can't find any peace
My brain is getting sick
How do I heal my thoughts
Feel the happiness I've sought
