Mary and Roses story was their parents died in a fire and that's what all the other children thought but one day one of the other children was lurking the halls and overheard the foster parent and officer talking in the office.
Cop- Those little girls just came from a house where murders were committed. The parents were dead along with many other people . I believe that the older girl killed them and the little one is covering for her . Like I think Mary is somehow threatening Rose .
Foster Parent - Then why the hell did you bring them here? I don't want no killers living here.
Officer - I'm not leaving them here for long . I just don't know what to do with them . We can't commit them to the psychiatric hospital without proof and they can't stay at the police station forever. I promise I'll get them off your hands soon .
Foster parent- Ok but if your not back in a week I'm kicking the girls out . I don't care how cold hearted it seems , I'm not risking the lives of innocent children.
Cop- Fine
