Chapter 2 : "First Day of School"

Before I went out from my room, I checked my self from my life-sized mirror for the nth time.I am wearing my Dior Fred Silk and Wool Dress in Khaki pair with my Black high-heeled stilleto from Prada. When I made sure that I am all set, I grab my Coco Mademoiselle Chanel Perfume to finish my touh-ups. Then, I went straight to our dining room where my french breakfast is already served.

"Where's mom and dad, nana Cecile?" I asked my favorite nanny. She's been working with us for. . . I don't know how long. 

"Na una  na silang lumakad anak. Bussy kasi sila eh ngayong malapit na ang 100th aniversary ng company n'yo."  Na naman? Wala na naman sila ngayon? When was the last time we dine together? Hmp... I really can't remember. Di na ako nasanay.  I sighed.

"Wag kanang malunkot anak. Para naman sa kabutihan mo to eh. Itong pagkabussy nila sa work." she said while brushing my hair. Nana Cecile is a mother to me. mas kinikilala ko pa nga s'yang bilang tunay na mommy eh kesa sa tunay kong mommy..

"Duh, nana?! Why would you think that I am sad about that?? I'm used to it na kaya," I explained while I laughed at the idea na malunkot ako dahil wala sila. DUH?! As if naman nuh. If they don't want me, then FINE!! I don't want them either, that's simple. "And besides, buti na nga yun eh kasi di ako nadidistract sa kanila." I continued. I looked at nana's face and I think that she is not convinced.  She only stared at me na para bang sinusubukan n'yang mabasa ang iniisip ko.

"WHAT??" I exclaimed. Then she sighed in defeat.

"Okay. Sabi mo eh. Ito na yung Li Pitit De ano ba to??." while preparing my breakfast.

"Nana, how many times do I tell you that it is Le petit déjeuner." correcting her with my french accent

"Blah, blah, blah Abril. Bahala ka na. Sigurado ka bang yan lang ang kakainin mo?? Puro matamis tas puro tinapay lang yan ahh. Mabubusog ka ba n'yan??"

"Psh! Nana naman eh. Do you want me to look like a pig? I'm THEE Avreel Angelica Leviste, daughter of the King and Queen in the corporate world. Do you expect me to grow big?? I shouldn't loose face."

"What eber. kain na." 

"Thanks nana." then I gave her a quick kiss on her cheeks. Si nana talaga. heheh

When I arrived at school, I parked my personalized Chevy Corvette C7 on my favorite spot. As I get out from my car, all eyes were on me. Ahhh, I really know how to get too much attention, huh? Flashy, indeed.

"Oh my!! She's wearing Dior.." the girl in blue sweater whinned when I passed through them.

"She's a fashion icon talaga. Nakaka-inggit." the other girl said.

"Gosh!! Alam n'yo ba, I've been sending her letters and e-mails everyday.. Pero ni isa wala akong natanggap na reply. I've been dying to recieve a reply from her." the other girl said.Why would I reply to her? DUH! I even don't know her. I just roll my eyes and walked as if I didn't heard them.

Andami kong naririnig na praises from them. Can they not just talk about it when their subject is not around? Ang obvious naman kasi na ako ang pinag-uusapan nila eh. GOSH!!

"Duh!! Stop that!! She's not worth the attention. Did you know that she got her nose job last week with Dr. Belo?? That is like, duh??" well that one caught me. Nose job huh?? Eh kung nagpa-nose job ako last week, di sana absent ako ngayon. The nerve of that wench, huh!!

"Really? Parang di naman eh." the first girl said. 

"Duh? Kelan ba ako nagkamali?" prenteng sagot naman nung babaeng nagsabing nagpa-nose job raw ako.

I stared at their group while wearing my signature smile with my most deadly glares. Pero kahit na ganun, I still wear them with style. Hinanap ko sakanila kung sino ang nagsabi nun. Makikita n'ya.

I'm having my catwalk towards their direction when I noticed na lahat na palang estudyante ay nakatingin sa'min. Hmp, up for a show??

"Shocks!! Tingnan mo it's your fault talaga Ash. Mag-sorry ka nga." the girl in blue sweater begged the other girl. So? S'ya pala ang nagsabi. She's not bad after all, but I noticed something different. *insert evil smile* Magsasalita na sana yung si Ash kung di ko lang inunahan..

"What's your name?" I asked her while twinkling my eyes. Pweh!! Nasusuka ako.

"A-Ashley." she replied hesitantly. Base on her looks now, it seems that any minute, she will pee. Am I that bad to give her an effect like that?? Hmp, yaan na. I'm enjoying it naman eh.

"Wow, such a cute name." I said giggly. She's about to say 'thank you' when I interrupted her. "Too bad your cute name doesn't fit for your foul face." I said while smirking at her. May narinig akong nagpipigil ng tawa meron rin concentrate masyado kung anong susunod kong gawin.

"How could you!!" she exclaimed!

"Why baby? Your mad? DUH! Don't be. You know, dapat di ka magalit dahil sinabi kong di bagay ang cute mong pangalan sa pagmumukha mo.. Na-uh! Don't be mad coz I'm only stating facts, okay? Right guys?" I asked the people around me, and they said nod as a sign that they agree. Gusto pa sana n'yang makipag-argue sakin pero pinigilan s'ya ng kaibigan n'ya, so I just smirked at her.

I looked at the other girl, who is now drooling all over me. She's having her Avreel-your-my-idol-please-reply-on-any-of-my-messages look. Another crazy idea popped-up in my mind. 

"How about you? What is your name?" I asked the girl that was drooling over me a while ago. She's giving me her weired smile.

"Rayleigh" she answered. Ano bang problema ng babaeng to? ganun na ba n'ya ako ka idol para tumulo laway n'ya? GROSS!!!

"Oh, nice belt. Where did you get that?" I lied. Her belt was OUTDATED CRAP!! Anong klaseng belt ba ang sinuot nya?? Lubid??

"Ahh hehe, salamat. It is a gift from my lola to my mother." she replied. As if naman maganda talaga nuh. DUH?!!

"Oh! So vintage.." double meaning nun. Kung bobo ko, you will think na compliment yun. Pero pag mabilis utak mo, for sure ma-oofend ka.

"Ahehehhe, thank you." She just gave me another wierd smile. So she really thinks that her belt is cool?? Na-uh!!

I was about to walk away when suddenly I remebered something. I face her back, which makes her so nervous, and whispered,"Don't worry, I won't spread about how you get your tweenies done by a cheap surgeon. I can keep secrets." while putting my index finger on my lips. Then her face turned to crimson red. A smiled at her victorously. 

"Ciao!"  referring to the three of them then I winked. Their reactions?? PRICELESS!! Yung dalawa parang di makahinga na para bang isang Daniel Padilla ang kaharap nila, habang yung isa, agoooy! Nag-aalburuto sa galit. Suits her.

I walked away and while wearing my smile coz I know that victory is mine. Just by seeing her face like that made me realize one thing, I'm so MEAN.

Avreel walked as if she won BIG TIME, pero wala s'yang ka alam-alam na meron palang matang nakamasid sa kanya. And judging by the way he looks at her, he didn't like what Avreel did.
