"Y/N, will you be going with us? We're going to watch Ron's tryouts." Harry asked.

"I don't know," I said. "My schedule is actually...hectic."

"That's alright." Hermione said.

"But please tell Ron I gave him my luck." I said.

"Of course."

"Well, I have to go back to the common room.

I'll see you two later." I said.

"See you." They said.

"Harry, I can't go inside the Gryffindor common room. Snape's going to kill me!" I said.

Harry looked at me then raised his eyebrows.
"But you always visit us here."

I sighed. "Fine."

Harry opened the door of the common room.

Hermione went to me. "Glad you came."

"Weasley! Weasley! Weasley!" I heard them chant.

Just then, Lavender Brown grabbed Ron then kissed him on the lips.

I saw Hermione's smile faded slowly.

Hermione rushed out right away, I followed after her.

She sat down on the stairs then leaned on my shoulder.

She pulled out her wand then whispered a spell.

Her eyes teared up, so I rubbed her back.

Then Harry came. "What happened?"

"Charms. Just practicing." Hermione said then wiped her eyes.

"Well, they're very good." Harry said then sat down beside her.

"How does it feel, Harry? When you see Ginny with Dean?"

"I-I don't know." Harry said.

"I know," Hermione said. "I see the way you look at her. You're my best friend."

I sighed then hugged her.

Then I heard a squeal.

Ron and Lavender went to us.

"Oops. I think this room's taken." Lavender said.

"Oh, it is." I said, getting really annoyed.

I pulled out my wand then aimed it at the both of them.

Hermione lowered down my wand then stood.
Lavender left, leaving Ron.

"I like the birds." Ron said.

"Oppugno." Hermione said then the birds attacked Ron.

Ron left. After that, Hermione sobbed.

She sat down then Harry and I hugged her.

"It feels like this."
