Chapter 24: Not Worth It

"Can't believe they're going to kill Buckbeak. It's just too horrible!" Hermione said as we walked going to Draco and his goons.

"I told him to not kill that Hippogriff. That liar. It's all his fault." I said angrily.

"It just gone worst." Ron said.

"Father said I can keep the head." I heard Draco said.

"Look who's here." Crabbe whispered.

Draco turned to us. "Ah, come to see the show?" He asked, smirking.

"You! You foul, loathsome, evil, little cockroach!" Hermione said then pointed her wand at Draco's neck.

Draco whimpered in fear. "Hermione, no. He's not worth it." Ron said.

Hermione slowly lowered her wand then turned back to Ron and Harry.

Draco and his friends laughed.

I clenched my fist then punched Draco on the face.

Draco groaned in pain. "Malfoy, you okay?
Let's go!" They said then ran away.

I turned to the trio with a grin. "That felt good."

"Not good. Brilliant." Hermione said with a huge smile.

"Ron, you're okay!" Hermione exclaimed.

"Where's the dog?" Harry asked.

"It's not a dog," Ron said. "It's an animagus!"

We turned then saw Sirius Black.

I stepped in front of Harry. "If you want to kill Harry, you have to kill us too!" I said.

"No," Sirius Black said. "Only one will die tonight."

"Then it will be you!" Harry said then lunged himself into Sirius.

He pointed his wand at Sirius.

Sirius chuckled. "Are you really going to kill me, Harry?"

Then the door opened, revealing Lupin.

"Expelliarmus." Remus said then Harry's wand was no longer in his hand.

Hermione grabbed Harry's arm.
