"Jimin rejects everyone. He wont take in all the girls that i arrange for him and the girls always end up going back saying that they don't want to marry him" she said

I was leaning in so much that i didn't notice i was tipping over the rack. When it was falling, i couldn't hold it and apologized.

The staff help me get it up and i quickly went to JaeMin.

Omg. So close! Knowing who is around, i quickly got out of the store with JaeMin.

I sighed and felt relieved that i was finally away.

We had our lunch and i told the driver to pick me up soon. I bought JaeMin his ice cream since he has been begging for it

Just as i was walking away to exit the mall and giggling with JaeMin, I stopped when i saw Jimin's mum.

She saw me and walked to me with her assistant behind her and two guards

We stopped about a few meters away from each other

I bowed and was about to leave when she started talking

"Hello y/n. How have you been?" she asked me smiling

I turned around to face her "I've been okay thank you for asking" i answered her

"that's good. Did you rest well dear? I've not heard from you for a while now" she asked me

"yes. Not much happened" i said to her

She then looked down and narrowed her eyes at JaeMin

I made him face me feeling anxious that she caught on with JaeMin

"who must the little boy be? Are you married y/n?" she asked me

I can feel droplets of sweat cascade down my spine not knowing what to say. I need Jennie..

I didn't answer her scared that i will mess up. Just then, my driver came and bowed before taking the shopping bags from my arms.

I felt so relieved that i can go now.

"excuse me. I need to go" i politely bowed to them and left with JaeMin beside me.

That was close. I hope she didn't caught on...

I got in the back seat and breathed deeply.

It was already 2pm. I went back to the house and sort the bags.

I left the small clothes in the empty drawers to leave some space for the new clothes.

JaeMin was playing in his play area.

That evening, before sunset, me and JaeMin decided to take a stroll in the park.

I also need some fresh air to clear my mind.

I was sitting down in one of the benches whilst JaeMin was playing in the playground just infront of me

I felt the wind softly blow my skin and i felt relaxed. I looked up at the sky as it turned orange and decided that it was time to go back home.

I looked at the park to see where JaeMin was and to my surprise, i couldn't see JaeMin anywhere.

I stood up and searched the place anxiously.

I got worried and went to see where he went.

I shouted his name and looked left and right for him

After a few minutes, i heard JaeMin call me

I looked at the direction of where the voice came from and saw JaeMin wave to me smiling.

Relieved, i ran to him not noticing that someone was standing behind him.

"muffin! Don't run of like that! You made me worry!" i told him and hugged him happy that he was okay

"mummy! This man helped me!" he told me.

I looked up and i was welcomed with another surprise.

Jimin?

I stood up and pulled JaeMin behind me

"Jimin?" i said scared at the meeting of him and my son

"y/n?" Jimin said he looked sad and surprised

He looked at JaeMin and then back at me

"you're married?" he asked me

"no. Mummy isn't-" i covered JaeMin's mouth and hid him behind me

he squinted his eyes at JaeMin and i knew that look.

He found out something but he isn't sure.

"come, lets go back sweetie" i said and turned around and dragged JaeMin

"is he my son?" Jimin asked me which made my heart pound

I don't know what to say. JaeMin looked at Jimin and at me for an answer

JaeMin was eager to find his father.

I looked at JaeMin and turned around to Jimin.

"he is MY son. Don't get it wrong Jimin" i told him

I wanted to get away fast so i walked faster.
