Hinata Hyuuga was a woman that was destined to grow strong. As a child, she was known as the weak and naive love-struck fool. Becoming a teen, she was loved for her confidence boost. As an adult, she's seen as a bitter woman. At her death, she was set as a story.
And though out it all she couldn't dream of anything but to stay by Naruto's side. But he never felt the same for her. He married sakura had children and died, she felt broken and helpless but those feeling was subdued by training and a certain Uchiha.
But both men passed away and she started to feel altogether useless it was even worse than the feeling she got seeing her cousin die protecting someone she loved.
She watched on the sidelines as her godchildren fought. She watched as their friends perished, as her friends died as her children died. The first funeral the whole village attended it the last funeral only 10 people attended. Then she died body engulfed in darkness.
She could only imagine the funeral being empty. If someone did show up she wouldn't know them.
The darkness that devoured her turned into bright blue skies, clouds settling in the morning skies as she fell on soft green grass.
The sight of luminous blue skies and fresh green grass was something could only imagine because of the days of the war.
Taking in the scenery she finally stood to her feet. Her eyes immediately came in contact with the spectacle of her comrades in the distance.
They're all standing grouped y are waiting for someone.
The group composing of her parents, Neji, her friends, her family, and Sasuke.
Her eyes widened and without a second thought she took off running in the direction. Naruto's hand out awaiting her hand. He appeared to be waiting to pull her along with him.
"Naruto!"
She cried out hand reaching out; but the group appears to have gotten distant, causing her to slightly fumble.
"Hinata-chan,"
She heard the tired voice of her current blond-haired Hokage mumble.
Hinata's eyes were only stuck to his lips. That looked have changed in skin tone and definition. The sight also beginning to be getting smaller by the second.
"Save us."
Noticing the full image she saw that Sasuke replaced naruto. His voice is a lower tone telling her.
His arms extended as if awaiting an embrace. Hinata fell expecting his warmth but he disappeared in a fade; causing her to fall into the ground, which vanished into complete darkness.
She could see a bed in the far distance as she continued to fall the words.
"Save Kohona."
Sasuke's voice echoed in her head like a stick against a set of drums. Only halting when the words were etched into her memory.
flashes of her past accompanied her vision while plummeting into the darkness.
Once the flashes ceased her back harshly hit a soft mattress her head jotting up as soon as she came in contact with it. Sweat trickling down her forehead.
'Save Kohona'
was the last word she could remember.
Her pale orbs automatically surveyed the room being second nature. She instantly remembered the room.
This is the room from her childhood, she got up and for further investigation. Once her bare feet meet the cold floors she began walking soundlessly.
It is skill she picked up during the fourth shinobi war and a skill she is unable to stop using ever since the second war in her lifetime. She looked down at her body noticing the white sleeping gown that has pale lavender flower prints threaded in it. She only wore such a thing when she was four the gown getting ruined not too long after she got it.
She narrowed her eyes clasping her hands together two fingers from each hand sticking up. She stood in the middle of the room staring at nothing in particular. "Byakugan." She lightly muttered activating her kenkei genkei.
She didn't have to move at all are even say anything to activate her byakugan but the movement felt needed at the time. It felt forced
Her eyes slightly widened in shock "So this isn't a genjutsu."
Noticing her childish voice. The words 'save kohona' repeated in her head.
"I'm in the past?"
She muttered biting her bottom lip nervously
"This has to be a mistake."
She mumbled to herself, beginning to pace around the room.
'I am four, I am in the past, so Neji's father didnt die yet, this has to be before my kidnapping before the Uchiha clan massacre I may have just meet Neji not too long ago.' Hinata mentally noted arms crossed.
