Chapter 7

"You have but whatever"

"Listen.." he pauses and glances at me "I was drunk last night and it won't happen again"

"Nothing happened?" I say. I know we were away to kiss but we didn't so no need to be weird about it.

"Yeah I guess" He sighs.

When we arrive I hope out of his truck and wave bye to Ace. I walk to my first class which is Language and Linguistics, I'm an English major if you didn't realise. I'm not entirely sure what I want to do with my life but English is a good opportunity for different things. I'm pretty excited about it even though i have no idea what i want to do in life.

"Camila!" I hear a voice breaking me from my thoughts, I turn around to see a masculine figure running my way, as he gets closer I realise it's Aiden from the party.

"Oh, Hey" I smile as he reaches me.

"Hi, how are you?" We walk in the direction towards the building my class should be in.

"I'm good thanks, and you?" I ask.

"I'm good, what class have you got?" he questions.

"I've got Language and Linguistics, you?"

"Me too" he beams.

"At least I'll know someone there" I lightly chuckle, I'm not so nervous now that i will sort of now someone there.

Aiden is gorgeous. He's got a dark skin tone, black afro type hair and sparkling Hazel eyes, he's also extremely tall. Maybe around six foot or just under, Ace is tall too but i think maybe a little taller than Aiden. He's wearing blue jeans with a white tight t-shirt showing off his toned muscles and white Nike Air max. 

"Have you heard from Steven?" he asks while we walk through the building doors.

'Great he must have heard'

"No" I shrug. After hearing my brother out I don't think i want to hang around someone like that, plus he probably doesn't want to hang around me.

We walk into class and take a seat in the middle beside each other, I think Aiden and I are going to be good friends. I get on with him so well and he's so easy to talk to.

Class went by smoothly and I absolutely loved it, it's unusual for me. The only things I've liked is Cheerleading, eating and playing video games surprisingly I'm like one of the guys, I think it's due to hanging around Ash and Ace all my life.

Aiden and I have bonded a lot during that class, he's really smart, I think he'll keep me right all year. he's seriously like my only friend here, I'm not complaining though. Aiden asked to hangout later around eight, I said yeah of course. I told him to come to my brothers and we can play some xbox, he was shocked when he found out I love playing games. He said he's never known a girl that likes video games, it's weird I've met so many other girls on there it's ridiculous.

I unlock the door and drop my stuff as soon as I walk inside. no one is home, I know because it's dead silent and I would normally hear my loud ass brother or Ace talking shit to each other. I slump down on the couch switching the TV on to channel surf. After five minutes of finding nothing to watch I search the cabinets in the kitchen because I'm hungry like always. Strawberry Pop tarts are calling my name so I put two in the toaster just to warm them up. I slump back on the couch and go through Netflix.

"Fuck it" I say to myself and click on friends, I'm on the episode where they all play football on thanksgiving. I love friends, will always be funny no matter what. I hear the door open and loud laughter, I groan as my peace is ruined.

"Hey sissy" my brother says and ruffles my hair, I swat his hand away and groan. I take a bite of my delicious pop tart hoping for peace.

"Hey ugly" Ace smirks slumping down next to me.

"Those are mine" Ash points out to the Pop tart as I take another bite. I roll my eyes because quite frankly I couldn't care.

"Fatty" Ash laughs, I give him a glare and a middle finger.

"How was your first day?" Ace asks.

"Really good, Aiden was in one of my classes" I beam after I finish my Pop tart and place the plate onto the coffee table.

"Hm, good" Ace says and Ash follows up with "Who's Aiden?"

"I met him at that party we were at and we've hit it off" I smile.

"So what you're getting to know him?" Ash asks with a rose brow.

"Not like that, we're just friends"

"Not in his head" Ace quietly scoffs just loud enough to hear him.

"Really bro?" Ash complains at the sexual remark about me.

"We ARE just friends so stop" I roll my eyes.

"He gay or something?" Ace smirks.

"Are you?" I tilt my head his way, his smirk vanishes off his face.

"Ha-ha-ha" he lights a joint.

"He's coming around at eight"

"Who is?" Ash questions.

"Aiden... Duh" I respond.

"Duh" Ash mocks.

I dash to the door when a loud knock sounds the apartment door, I allow Aiden to come in and we sit down on the couch and begin to play COD, Ash and Ace are sitting in the kitchen smoking and probably talking more shit. We've played a few matches but no luck winning yet.

"You're actually good" he laughs as we go into out fourth game.

"Better than you" I wink teasingly.

"I'm not in the zone yet" he defends and I let out a giggle. We win the match and I'm in complete shock how well he did that game.

"You must be Arron" Ace stalks into the room, sitting on the single couch. I roll my eyes because he knows what his name is, he did it with Steven and now Aiden, it's annoying.

"Yeah" Aiden nervously chuckles not correcting him.

"Aiden" I speak up.

"Oops my bad" he shrugs and I shoot him a glare.

"Where's Ash?" I question hoping he would fuck off.

"He left two seconds ago" He says snatching the controller out my hand. Ugh why is he even in here, he always seems to show up when I'm with a guy it's infuriating. I huff and lean back on the couch.

"So, are you Cams brother? " Aiden asks.

"No, he's the annoying best friend of my brother" I scoff before Ace could answer.

"Oh" Aiden says, he looks at the time on his watch before smacking his knees and begins to speak again "I should go It's getting late, I'll see you tomorrow Cam"

"Okay" I smile and walk him to the door, when he leaves I turn to see Ace leaning against the door frame staring at me.

"What?" I rose a brow.

"You can't see him no more" he says with no emotion.

is he fucking kidding me?

I feel myself getting angry, he is really starting to piss me off!
