Everyone gathered in ball venue and greeted each other. All the way there you fixed your dress cause it was too tight
Seonghwa laughed while your mom couldn't look at you
"I told you to start working out" She said and you tried to breath
"Next time I will put on some shorts and shirt, then I will feel comfortable and happy" You said and Seonghwa chuckled again wrapping his arm around your shoulders
"Just please don't make me feel embarrassed!" Your mom whisper yelled and went to greet Yunho's family. You walked with her and you hugged Yunho
"Hii~ I haven't see you for such a long time, how have you been?" You asked while smiling
"Ehh learning, traveling around the world, just living..." He said and you two continued to talk
Later came, Mingi's family, then Yeosang's family and etc. but last ones were San's family. You all sat behind the table and San sat in front of you while smirking. You just couldn't handle him, you two hated each other so much that one time you two even had a fists fight
Yunho's mom stood up and told the toast for Yeosang's sister, getting accepted in medical school. It was so long and boring so you started to eat. Seonghwa chuckled and almost choked on his water, while your mom looked at you. She slapped your hand away from food and glared at you
"Stop eating, later you will get dinner, Jesus..." She said and you rolled your eyes
"I can't even eat" You said to Seonghwa making him laugh even harder
After the toast you all started to eat and talk. The fathers mostly talked about business, moms about new houses, cars, fashion, while kids (you and your cousins ateez) talked about their jobs or studies. Yura (Yeosang's sister) couldn't stop smiling feeling better than you, you two always hated each other too, because she always was her teachers pet and her parents always made her be first
"So how about you Y/N, where are you planning to learn?" She asked with fake a smile
"Maybe interior design" You said and your mom glared at you
"Oh really? Umm why not be like us and learn in lawyers or medical universities?" She asked again and you were ready to threw all the meat at her
"Because I don't want to be like all of you" You said and everyone went quiet
"Y/N, you won't learn in medical school? But why?" Wooyoung's mom asked and you chuckled while getting up making some other mothers gasp. Your mom looked at you with anger while you took your glass of drink and looked at others
"I said, I DON'T WANT TO BE LIKE ANY OF YOU" You said and left while fixing your dress again

"Aish...it's finished" You looked at the now empty glass and put it aside
"Here" You heard someone behind you and you quickly turned around
"No thanks..." You said seeing San with new glass of champagne. He sat next to you and gave you one glass and put the bottle on the table
"You're really brave Y/N" San said and chuckled
"Pfff...why should I lie? I'm not that stupid like-" You didn't finish how he said
"Like them?" He said and you just looked away
"I didn't mean it like that but..." You said and he chuckled
"You know I'm not some lawyer too so we ride on the same boat" He said leaning on the bench
