Jimin woke up to his stomach growling. He groaned and decided to get up.

He rubbed his eyes as he headed towards the kitchen. His body felt so weak as he headed down the stairs.

As soon as he reached the bottom, he felt pain in his stomach.

"Ah fuck." Jimin clutched his stomach in pain. He leaned against the wall, feeling support.

After the pain faded away, he slowly walked to the kitchen. 'Maybe water might help' he thought.

He opened the fridge and his eyes immediately landed on all the food. Oh how badly he wanted to eat.

Jimin lowered his eyes and grabbed a water bottle.

That's all he could have anyways..

Jimin drank his water while looking at all the snacks they had in the counter. It seemed so tempting.

Jimin gulped and looked away. He shouldn't have it. He knows what will happen if he has one.

Eating it and crying after.

He just wanted to eat his favorite snack without feeling guilty about it. But he can't even eat anything without feeling regret.

Jimin sighed as he headed towards his room. He had to get ready anyways.

He tried a different look in his makeup and it looked pretty good

He tried a different look in his makeup and it looked pretty good. His bruises were well hidden.

Jimin went to his drawer and took out his glasses from 2 year ago. His glasses broke so he had to use this one to see.

He put on his glasses and everything got more clear. Although he thought the glasses kinda ruined the look.

For once, he was a little happy on how he looked like in the mirror. He wanted to be able to look in the mirror and not cry.

Jimin smiled and grabbed his phone and keys to get in his home. He couldn't wait till he saw with Ms. Ross.

Jimin headed downstairs and saw his mom sitting down.

"Where are you going?" She said coldly.

"I-I'm going to the store. I could use some clothes." He stuttered.

"With what money?" She asked, glaring at him.

"The money that uncle had sent me for my birthday." Jimin said quietly, afraid he was going to get hit.

For the last couple of weeks, he had noticed that he had become more afraid. He would flinch when someone would pass by his desk. He always saw himself fearing over what would happen next.

He would always look behind him to make sure anyone wasn't sneaking up on him. He kept on stuttering more out of fear.

He had grew paranoid. He didn't know who to trust and what would come next. Even feeling someone touching him would make him go to a state of panic.

He really was traumatized.

"Leave." She said and turned back to her magazine.

Jimin presses his lips together and looked down. Even his own mother was ashamed if him.

Jimin opened the door and right when he was going to close the door, he heard his mom mumble something.

"Buying clothes, like it would even fit." she scoffed.

Jimin closed the door and bit his lip to stop him from letting out a sob.

That really lowered down his self esteem.

Jimin just kept on walking to the cafe. It was 5 miles away but he didn't care. He just needed someone to talk to.
..................................................

Jimin's legs hurt like hell. He felt as if he were to collapse at any moment. And the fact that he hadn't eaten anything for a week didn't help.

His vision was blurring and he felt dizzy. Still, he kept on walking.

He couldn't see anything clearly but he was sure he saw the cafe.

He was so close. So fucking close.

He reached a hand towards it until his eyes shut closed and he collapsed right on the floor.

He could hear people gasping and footsteps surrounding him.

"Hello? 911" He heard someone say before he passed out.
..................................................

Jimin woke up to a bright light. He heard the sound of a monitor beeping.

He rubbed his eyes and saw that he was in a hospital bed.

"Oh good, you're awake. We have someone who wants to see you." The nurse told him.

"Fuck." Jimin murmured under his breath. He was sure it was his mom coming to yell at him about the bill.

Jimin started crying. He just wanted everything to stop. He couldn't take it anymore.

He just wanted to die. Death was better than being alive and suffering. Living really was the cruelest way to suffer.

He heard the door open and he looked down, not wanting to make eye contact with his mom.

"Hey, Jimin. Are you okay?" The voice wasn't from his mom.

He looked up and saw Ms. Ross. He cried even more. He couldn't believe that someone actually cared about him.

She rushed to his side and engulfed him in a hug. And they both cried together
