"So we're just supposed to climb this thing?" You asked hesitantly. "Yep, I mean unless you just want to let it continue to destroy the city" Dib said sarcastically. "Let's just get this over with" you replied rolling your eyes and walking toward the large machine. "We should separate and take different sides, if something happens, one of us will still be able to make it to the switch" Dib said walking next to you. "Oh great" you said sarcastically. "Then you should take the side with the switch, you know what you're doing more than I do" you said as you both got closer to the robot. "Good idea, once I make it up there and shut it off, we'll have to get off relatively quickly, otherwise this thing is going to fall straight down with us on it" Dib replied matter of fact like. "You got it, see you at the top" you said running towards the robot who was now mere feet from you. You had to wait for the perfect moment to jump on, as the robot was still headed through the city. Once the robot's right foot had settled you jumped on, making it just in time as the robot lifted it in order to make another great stride. You watched as you were raised high into the air. You looked down to see Dib already on the left side, making his way quickly up the robot towards the switch. This doesn't seem too bad so far you thought as climbed as quickly as possible.

You spoke too soon. Moments later you heard a loud CRASH. You looked up to see a large chunks of metal hurtling towards you. You closed your eyes and pressed your body against the ladder, trying to make yourself as flat as possible to avoid being hit. The robot stopped and swayed slightly to the left. This is it this is how I die you thought to yourself. You looked up a few seconds later to see that all the debris had missed you. "HEY! ARE YOU OKAY?" You heard Dib yell to you. You looked over and gave him a thumbs up. You turned slightly to look around and see what had caused the damage to the robot. Looking around you didn't see much. Suddenly a large purple flying ship hurtled past you and Dib. You closed your eyes once again as you prepared to get hit. When nothing happened you opened your eyes again to see the ship suspended in mid air near the robot's head.

"WATCH OUT (Y/N), THAT'S ZIM'S SHIP" Dib yelled to you. You looked over and gave him a nod. You returned your gaze to the ship wondering what was happening. Suddenly, a long metal arm with a speaker on the end revealed itself from the side of the ship. "LAWRENCE STOP THIS DESTRUCTION IMMEDIATELY AND LISTEN TO YOUR MASTER, YOU'RE RUINING EVERYTHING" a voice suddenly shouted from the speaker. Oh no, I know that voice you thought as the feeling of dread started creeping through your body. You had now made it halfway up the robot,  and sat just at the beginning of the robot's torso. "I DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO DO THIS LAWRENCE BUT IF YOU DO NOT LISTEN I WILL HAVE TO DESTROY YOU, YOU ARE BLOWING MY COVER" the voice sounded again. The robot head turned to look at the ship, and without hesitation, the robot lifted its arm and smacked it sideways. You watched as the ship spiraled towards your side of the robot. Before crashing, the ships front windshield opened, and you watched as Zim without his disguise jumped out and latched on to the robot with what appeared to be spider legs protruding from a pack on his back. Zim had landed only 10 feet above you. You froze in terror. You didn't dare keep climbing. You had never seen Zim in person without his disguise. Everything Dib showed you was now undeniably real. You couldn't help but stare. His eyes were a bright red color, and he had no pupil like a human. His hair had been replaced with two antennas.

"ZIM. I KNEW YOU WERE BEHIND THIS" Dib yelled from the other side of the robot. He had made a significant amount of progress climbing despite the apparent war happening on the robot. Zim, still  hanging on with his spider legs looked over to Dib. Zim hadn't noticed you yet. "DIB YOU WRETCHED HUMAN, GET OFF MY ROBOT" Zim yelled back, with a snarl, showing off his abnormally sharp teeth. "IM TRYING TO SHUT YOUR TERRIBLE HUNK OF METAL OFF, YOU MORON" Dib yelled back. Despite the distance you could see Dib roll his eyes.
"I DO NOT REQUIRE YOUR ASSISTANCE YOU LOUSY HUMAN, EVERYTHING IS GOING ACCORDING TO MY PLAN" Zim yelled back. "THIS IS YOUR PLAN? THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS PLAN I'VE EVER SEEN" Dib yelled. "YOU'RE STUPID YOU UGLY HUMAN" Zim spat back. You lost your grip a bit as the robot slammed its leg down. You slammed into the side of the robot, making a loud bang, and still hanging on with one hand. You looked up to see that Zim had finally noticed that you were there. His eyes narrowed, and you could tell he was visibly displeased. "You terrible human, letting Dib drag you along to failure" Zim said with disgust in your direction. "To be fair I willingly came" you spat back. Zim didn't have time to reply as a large missile flew right above the both of you and struck the robot in the head. The robot lurched backwards because of the explosion. The impact caused both Zim and you to lose grip, and within seconds you were falling to your doom. You closed your eyes to prepare for impact but it never came. Instead you felt something wrap around your stomach, and suspend you in the air. You looked up to see what had caught your fall. You froze, paralyzed with fear you looked up to see Zim only inches away from you. He had wrapped one of his spider legs around your waist, and used his other legs to secure himself to the robot. Without saying a word he hoisted you up to him and wrapped an arm around your waist. Still using his spider legs and one of his arms to keep hold of the robot. Zim was now holding on to you, keeping you from falling to your death. He didn't say a word as the robot continued to push through the city. You didn't dare say a word in fear that angering him would make him drop you. Zim's attention was placed on Dib. You both watched as he was getting closer to the off switch.
