Episode 14: New Comers?

Chanyeol wanders around in the school campus carrying his black backpack. He went to the rooftop but Chaeyoung wasn't there. But fortunately, he bumps into Jisoo, Chaeyoung's female bestie, carrying a few books in her arm with her pink backpack.

"Oh, annyeong Chanyeol!" Jisoo waves at him and starts the conversation first

"Annyeong Jisoo-ssi!" Chanyeol bows at her casually

"Ah! You don't need to be too formal with me. Just call me Jisoo or Jichu."

"Ne Jisoo! Did you see Chaeng?"

"Yeah! She just left a moment to Minseok Oppa's café."

Then Chanyeol starts to tell Jisoo about what happened recently and what he heard from granny about Chaeyoung's dark past. He doesn't mind about her past and still shows that he still has a feeling for her. He still worries about her feeling. Jisoo seems to understand what he means. Jisoo loves her friend a lot and always wished that she could be always happy since she already knew her memories.

"Chanyeol-ah! I know you like Chaeng." Chanyeol remains silent as she can tell his feeling for Chaeyoung "I don't know if you could take care of her but you have to do your best to protect her. Chaeng might look bright and cheerful but deep inside, she is fragile too." Chanyeol nods as he understands what Jisoo tries to tell him

"Don't worry! I'll give the best to Chaeng. Even I don't know if she accepts me or not."

[Cafeteria in their school]

"Baekhyun Hyung?" A young man with blue hair exclaims as he sees someone familiar

"Ah! Taehyung!" They know each other. Blue haired man, Kim Taehyung, and Puppy eyed man, Byun Baekhyun. They sit at the same table with their plates of food.

"How have you been, Hyung?" Taehyung asks Baekhyun with a smile. They seem to know each other for so long.

"I'm all good. Do you study here too?"

"Ne! I'm a freshman of Applied Math."

"Cool!!! Your Hair too!" Baekhyun laughs looking at his the younger's hair color

"Keke! I waited to enter college to dye my hair in different colors." They both laugh then give a bit silent

"Hyung, has Noona ever talked to you since then?" Baekhyung drops his chopsticks and changes his facial expression into very sad

"Ani." He shakes his head and mumbles at the low tone "How is she now?" He looks at the younger's eyes and seeks for the answer

"I'm not sure, Hyung. She called me last night. We talked randomly until I asked her if she is fine with Siwon Hyung. Then, she started sobbing." Baekhyun listens to him carefully without a blink and looks very sad "Hyung, I worry about her. She didn't tell me what happened but I can tell that she has never been happy with her marriage." Baekhyun sighs as listening to what Taehyung described. He feels sad and angry at the same time but he cannot do anything. He cannot interfere in other's family. He doesn't want to be the third wheel. But his Noona is in pain with that family, what can he do?

"Hyung, can you at least talk to Noona?" Taehyung places his fingers on Baekhyun's right hand

"I don't think I can do it, Taehyung-ah! Her husband might get the wrong idea of me, and it might hurt her more. Her past comes to comfort her when she has a family problem. It just sounds ridiculous!!!" Baekhyun looks away and rolls his eyes a little like he is trying not to cry

"I understand that. Mianhae, Hyung, that I forced you."

"Gwaenchana!" Baekhyun shakes his head to prove that Taehyung didn't pressure him. However, he does feel down hearing that story. He still loves her, obviously!
