Michael - ”Mommy, where is daddy?” You turned off the stove, bringing her her plate as you sighed. “Late again, as always.” You and Lillian were having dinner alone again, since Michael decided his friends were better than his family. “Does he hate us?” You shook your head and grabbed her hand, smiling at her. “No he’s just having some problems.” You knew she was too little to understand, but it was wrong for her to have to go through this. After dinner the door opened, Michael slamming it rather loudly. “You’re late.” You said, looking at him as he shrugged. “Got hung up with the guys.” “Your daughter is asking me things about YOU not being home. You need to be here, Michael.” “Here we go again.” He said, rolling his eyes as he sat in his recliner. “You’re a real shitty excuse for a parent.” “Y/N, don’t start.” “No Michael, this is getting ridiculous!” “Stop bitching at me!” “It’s time for you to step up and be a father!” “I am a father!” “Barely.” Lillian stood at the staircase as she stared at the two of you. “Mommy why are you screaming?” “Lillian go to your room!” Michaels booming voice startled her as she ran upstairs, beginning to cry. “Nice one.” You said, bumping his shoulder as you went upstairs.

Luke - You laid in bed, clung to Luke’s back as he snored loudly. It was 5:45 on a Sunday morning and you didn’t have any plans today. Kaiden was up early, sitting up in his bed as he looked out of the window. It was still dark out and he was wide awake, ready to go outside and play with his little sister Julia. He sprang from bed, running to Julia’s room as she was still fast asleep. “Juliaaa,” He whispered, poking her cheek as she stirred. “Julia, let’s go play.” She rolled her head from side to side, before opening her eyes. “No Kaiden, too early.” “Please?” “No!” She rolled over, Kaiden sighing to himself as he left his sisters room. Deciding to ask you two, he darted for the bedroom. The door opened and you were the first one he saw, so he pulled on your shirt. “Mommy.” He tugged a little harder as you let go of Luke, sitting up as you spotted him. “What’s wrong?” “I wanna go play.” You glanced at the clock and yawned, “It’s too early to play now bud.” You went to lay back down and he stomped his foot, crossing his arms as he began to pout. “Kaiden, go back to bed. Mommy will be up in a few more hours. “No!” He began to squeal, which startled Luke, as he turned over. “Why is he screaming?” “He wants to go play.” He began throwing a fit as Luke turned on the light, “Kaiden Hemmings, go back to bed and stop throwing a damn fit!” He stopped, looking at Luke as he ran back to his room. “Gee Luke.” You stood, going into your sons room as he was hidden under the covers. “Scoot over baby.” You got into the small bed with your son, cuddling him until the both of you fell back asleep.

Ashton - You hated to leave the kids at home with Ashton when he was in a bad mood, it just called for unnecessary time outs and no candy when they behaved. You left for the grocery store well over an hour ago, Ashton getting antsy as he grabbed a beer from the fridge. “Ouch Graham!” Ashton sighed, plopping down into his recliner as he heard crying. “What happened?” He bellowed, Harper rushing in as she held up her finger. Ashton took it, examining it as he shrugged. “I don’t see anything wrong with it?” “Graham bit it!” “Graham Irwin, get in time out now!” “But Daddy, she threw my toy at me!” Ashton felt like he was going to blow, standing as he walked into Graham’s room. “Well both of you are going to be in time out then.” He sat them in opposite corners, shutting the door as he went back to the living room. Just as you pulled up, you were surprised not to hear screaming. But just as you walked in, you heard Ashton yelling, “Bryce, stop pulling the damn magazines off of the table!” You gasped, seeing your smallest son on the floor, his lip trembling as Ashton eyed you. “Why are you being so mean?” You asked, as he took a drink from his beer. “The other two are in time out, by the way.” You scoffed, going to retrieve your other kids as you decided to take them out for ice cream, hoping Ashton would be calm when you all got back.

Calum - It was another day in the park with your husband and daughter, the rest of Calum’s band mates also bringing their wives and kids out to play as well. “Would you look at little miss Nebraska flirting with the boys.” Ashton’s wife said, giggling as you glanced over, shaking your head. “Just like her mom, huh?” You poked Calum’s cheek as he smirked, patting your thigh before long, Luke’s wife was done preparing the sandwiches. “Time for lunch!” The kids ran over, squealing and shoving each other at a chance to be first in line. “Want one?” Calum asked, his hands on your belly as you giggled. “We wouldn’t want one, but thanks.” He kissed you gently as you sat next to Nebraska, playing with her ponytail as she greedily ate the two of her peanut butter sandwiches. After the kids ate, all the adults were pretty anxious to get home, seeing it was already a little past 4. “Alright everyone, load up!” Nebraska gasped, pulling on Calum’s hand as they were halfway to the gate. “Daddy I wanna go play some more.” “No baby, it’s time to go home.” She stomped her feet, beginning to throw a diva fit as all the kids watched. “No daddy! I wanna go play some more!” “Nebraska Hood, you played all afternoon. Now stop before you get punished.” She began to cry, stomping again as Calum sighed. “Nebraska, stoppit, now!” His loud tone startled her as you walked over, “You didn’t have to scream at her Calum.” You led her to the car, strapping her in as she didn’t say another word.
