「 chapter one」

"Subject One: Hatake Kakashi," a monotone voice stated.

"What do you know about him, Momobami-chan?" a carefree, innocent, yet slightly threatening voice replied.

"Hatake Kakashi. Currently 26 years old. Born on September 15. Son of Hatake Sakumo. Has been AMBU captain before resigning to become the leader of a group of genin."

"Anything else? What about his past?" a deeper voice questioned.

"At a very young age, Hatake found his father dead, who had committed suicide. At age 5, he had graduated from the academy and became a genin. His teammates were Uchiha Obito and Nohara Rin. His sensei was Namikaze Minato."

"At age 6, Hatake competed in the chunin exams, only to succeed and become a chunin."

"At age 12, Hatake was promoted to a jounin. During this period, the Third Shinobi War had raged on. Hatake and his team were sent to destroy Kannabi Bridge."

"During the mission, Nohara was captured by Iwakagure ninjas. Uchiha had gone to rescue Nohara when a boulder fell on him. He was considered dead, and gave Hatake his Sharingan."

"On a later mission, Hatake was sent to retrieve Nohara, who had been captured by Kirigakure ninja. While traveling back to Konoha, Hatake learned that they had sealed the Three-Tails into her body, which would release as soon as they had set foot in Konoha."

"When Hatake was battling Kirigakure ninja, he had used Chidori, which Nohara had unceremoniously jumped onto, killing herself. After this, both Uchiha, who had lived and was watching from the sidelines, and Hatake's Sharingan evolved."

"After this affair, the nine-tailed fox, controlled by Uchiha, had attacked Konoha, and Namikaze sacrificed both his and his wife, Uzumaki Kushina's lives to seal it into their son, Uzumaki Naruto."

A period of silence

"Wow~~! Kakashi-chan's life must have been really~~ hard! Good thing we're sending a fairy to help him!" the carefree voice broke the silence.

"Quiet, Azumi-san. Let Monobami-san continue." A new voice replied. It was feminine and tough.

"Ehhh? That's so mean Hibiki-chan!~~"

"Subject Two: Uzumaki Naruto. Currently 12 years old. Born on October 10. Son of Uzumaki Kushina and Namikaze Minato. Currently a-"

"Wow!~~ We know that guy!" Azumi cried, interrupting Monobami.

"Azumi-san," Hibiki growled.

"Hai!~ Gomen."

"Currently a genin. His teammates are Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura. His sensei is Hatake Kakashi."

"Born on the nine-tailed attack, his parents died sealing the tailed fox into the young child. Namikaze's last wishes were for Uzumaki to be regarded as a hero."

"However, the villagers had despised him, and only a couple managed to get past their hate and treat the young child with an ounce of respect."

"The boy had failed the graduation exam about four times before managing to graduate this year with his peers."

"Next subject," Hibiki stated.

"Subject Three: Uchiha Sasuke. Currently 12 years old. Born July 23."

"Woah! That's a day before my birthday!" Azumi shouted, pulling her lolipop out of her mouth as she kicked her legs.

"Azumi-san." Hibiki threatened.

"Son of Uchiha Fugaku and Uchiha Mikoto. Brother of Uchiha Itachi. Currently a genin. His teammates are Uzumaki Naruto and Haruno Sakura. His sensei is Hatake Kakashi."

"At age seven, Uchiha came home one day to find his family slaughtered. The culprit - Uchiha Itachi, his own brother. His brother put him in a genjutsu that allowed him to relive his parent's deaths."

"After this, Uchiha became recluded. He no longer called elder figures by '-san' or '-sensei'. Uchiha became more determined at school and graduated the top of his class."

"Next," Hibiki repeated.

"Subject Four: Haruno Sakura. Currently 12 years old. Born March 28. Daugther of Haruno Kizashi and Haruno Mebuki. Currently a genin. Her teammates are Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke. Her sensei is Hatake Kakashi."

"Haruno was bullied at a young age because of her large forehead. She became more confident when she met Yamanaka Ino. Eventually, she was infatuated with Uchiha Sasuke."

"After she learned that Yamanaka also liked Uchiha, she cut off all ties with her and became her enemy."

Silence.

"Isn't that a bit mild compared to what happened to the others?" the male voice commented.

"Exactly, Nagito-kun! Do we have to give her a wish?" Azumi cried, slumped onto the desk.

"Azumi-san! Refrain yourself or I will have to report to the President!" Hibiki shouted.

"Watch your tone, Hibiki-chan." Azumi's voice changed, more threatening. "Don't forget your place as the Enforcer." Azumi looked up, her violet eyes piercing through Hibiki's. "I'm the one who recommends who gets on the Council. Don't forget that, or you might find yourself kicked out of the Council."

Hibiki stood back, head down, but a deadly glare aimed at the girl. 

Azumi stood up, waving her lollipop around like wand. "I declare this meeting as finished. Monobami-chan, President wishes to see you."

She paused before grinning. "Hibiki-chan."

The said woman's head snapped up, the glare gone. 

"Go get Tsubaki-chan. She will be the fairy assigned to this."

"Azumi-san! Are you sure?" Nagito slammed his hands on the desk.

"Orders directly from the President." She waved her hand and a woman with a mask on appeared beside her. "Let's go, Kyoko-chan."

The said woman nodded and followed the girl out of the dark room.
