From Fairy Tail. When I first saw her in the show, got to give her love. She's so cute, bubbly, and she's like a mix of Wendy, Asuna, and Kurisu Makise from Steins; Gate. This will take place in the events prior to the Phantom Lord guild invasion of Fairy Tail.

It was a quiet day at the Fairy Tail guild. For Y/N L/N, who uses an enchanted bow and arrow, has been learning different spells to increase damage, heal his teammates, and to hopefully use his magic power less ever since the incident on Galuna Island. He has been recognized as a good support for team Natsu. He was put in a good word by Erza to Makarov, Fairy Tail's current master. He was just enjoying an ale and he sees her. The blue haired girl with two other guys. They make up what is known as team Shadow Gear. They consisted of Jet, the wizard well known for his speeds. Droy, his specialty is plant magic that can emit like beanstalks and giant vines. And the leader of the little group, the bluenette herself, the user of magic known as script magic, the current crush of the bow wielder, Levy Mcgarden. "Sounds like someone has a little crush." A voice sounded off. It was Mirajane Strauss, the bartender and a member of Fairy Tail. The magic bow wielder blushed at the moment when he heard Mira say he is in love with Levy. "You know about it?" He said with a red face. "The way you stare at her whenever she leaves to go on a job or whenever you run away when you see her come to where you are." (The typical interactions between Bell and Ais.) "I really don't like making scenes that obvious." "I think it's cute." Mira said with her trademark closed smile. "Hey Mira, you say something about me?" The heavenly voice said. "Hey Levy. Just making conversation with Y/N here." She looks where the H/C bowman is. And he is gone. "Hmm. Hey Levy. Can you come over here? I want to tell you something." Mira said. Levy leans and Mira whispers into her ear.

Your POV

I was hanging out in the library after I saw Levy come to where I was at the bar. I was not ready to meet Levy head on. I know I had a crush on Levy since I came home from the Galuna Island S-class job, but I am not ready to face her and tell her my feelings. I just picked up a book and started reading to make a distraction. "I take that book is pretty interesting?" I hear a voice upon me. I looked up from the book and I see the blue haired beauty named Levy. "L-Levy?" I say stuttering with a red face. "I knew you'd be hiding here. Mira said that you'd come here to relax. A little birdie told me that you have a crush on someone at the guild. Care to tell me? I promise not to tell anyone." She said with a smile. "Is it Lucy?" "No. She's cute, but not my type." He says. "Cana?" "Beautiful, but cut down on the drinking." "Mira? You two hit it off well." "She treats me like family, I doubt it." He said. "Who could it be?" Levy asks the bowman. The H/C boy looked at the bluenette. She looked surprised. "Me?" The man looked away. "Are you mad?" He muttered. "Why would I be mad? You admitted who you liked. And to be honest: you were brave." Levy said as hugged the H/C archer. "And to tell you, Y/N, I liked you too. I'd have confessed to you sooner, but because of Jet and Droy, I couldn't. So now, I am admitting my feelings to you. And I love you." She planted her lips on his. "I love you too, Levy Mcgarden." The new couple walk out the library and head back to the Fairy Tail guild as a new couple.

In my opinion, Levy is one of the cutest girls out of all Fairy Tail. Not far is Lucy, Mira, Lisanna, and Erza. And outside it's Yukino, Minerva (even though she's an evil bitch), Kagura, and recently, Flare. I'm pretty sad that Fairy Tail announced its over. Anyways, next one shot it'll be a good one.
