So, I unpublished these a while ago, but decided to put them back up because I wasn't sure what else I would do with it. The first few aren't that great, but I'll edit them when I get the chance.
Allison's PoV
Hi there. The name's Allison Kethmart, but you probably already know that. I mean... I am Apollo's daughter. Or maybe it was Aphrodite. Who cares? Then, you might ask, what are you doing at Goode High School, the ultimate school for losers? Technically, the only reason I'm here is because I begged Chiron to let me come here, since I found out Percy was coming. Yeah, that's right, Percy Jackson, the one and only.
I really hope that he'll ask me out soon. I mean, he's already been stalling for what, two weeks? What's taking him so long? All he has to do is admit that he has feelings for me and everything will go smoothly!
I slowly turned the combination lock on my locker in hopes that Percy will come soon and talk to me. He is my best friend, like, okay? So don't steal him from me. The lock clicks and I take my books slowly out of my locker. I turn around, then gasp.
"Oh hey, Percy!" I exclaim, startled.
"Hi, Allison. Why were you taking your books out of your locker so slowly? Are you okay?" Percy asked, worried.
He's so cute when he's worried, I thought dreamily. I hope he doesn't have a girlfriend... but he never mentioned one at camp, so... he probably doesn't have one. Besides, if he did, he probably ditched her as soon as he saw me. But... I've only been at camp for two weeks... Maybe he --
"Hello? You still there, Allison?" Percy asked, waving his hand in front of my face.
"Oh, yeah! Still here, still here," I mutter, starting to walk to Greek.
Percy walks with me. "Uh, why are you following me?" I ask.
Percy laughs. "Don't you remember? I have Greek too," Percy replies.
"Oh.... I forgot..." I say, blushing.
"Are you sure you're okay?" Percy asks again.
"Yeah! Yeah, I'm sure." I reply.
--Time Skip to beginning of Greek class--
"Who is the goddess of love and beauty?" Ms. Smith asked the class. Perfect timing - I was just thinking about Percy and mine's love life. First, he would ask me out, then we would ditch camp, then we --
"Miss Kethmart, if you think you're smart enough to not pay attention in my class, would you care to answer the question I just asked?" Ms. Smith asked in a stern tone.
"Of course," I replied, smiling. Chiron already taught us everything in camp! Percy would be so proud that I had already learned this, all in two weeks!
"The goddess of love and beauty is Artemis," I replied smoothly.
The class snickered. Even Percy was trying not to smile. "What's wrong?" I asked, confused. "Was it something I said?"
"Ohhhh... wait. The goddess of love and beauty is Athena," I tried again.
"The goddess of love and beauty is Aphrodite," Percy replied for me, before the class could burst out laughing. Ohhhh... well, it's not my fault that there are so many goddesses whose names start with A! How are we supposed to remember that?
"Well, it's not my fault that there are so many goddesses in Greek mythology whose names start with A! Who are we to memorize them all?!" I voiced my thoughts angrily, standing up to make a point.
"Miss Kethmart, it's okay to make a mistake, but please pay attention in class next time. Please settle down so we can continue the lesson," Ms. Smith said, obviously trying not to smile.
