Hayce's POV

I don't remember what happened after the movie was over. I must have fallen asleep. I rubbed my eyes groggily and looked at my alarm clock. It was 6:30. Classes started in an hour. I stretched my arms over my head and sat up. It was light in here because I had pulled the curtains open yesterday and never closed them. They were sheer white and it didn't do much anyway. The light coming through the window made patterns on the floor. It reminded me of my kitten back home. He would jump around chasing the shadows I made with my fingers. My dog would watch intently while we played. I looked over at Damen. He was over his covers laying on his stomach with his face in his pillow. His hair was over his eyes, in a mess. He had put on a tight black tshirt as one point. I felt like doing something to him, but then I decided I would play nice this morning.

I looked at the alarm clock again. I really didn't want to go to class today. I smiled. I pushed my self off the bed and walked over to the phone on the dresser sitting next to the t.v. I picked it up and dialed the number of the main office's secretary's phone.

"Hello."

"Hi, I am not feeling well today and I wanted to report my absence for the day."

"Your name?"

"Hayce Winchester."

"Thank you. You are excused for the day. Go to the nurse during lunch hour and you can get a pass, which will excuse you for the day for sickness."

"Thank you." I said before hanging up. I walked back over to my bed and sat down. I sent a text to Beth telling her I was gonna be out for the day. I put my phone down and Damen still hadn't woken up. I smiled to myself. I had always been the childish one and woke up my two younger siblings in many ways when I was with them. I went into the bathroom and looked around for something to use against him, but I couldn't find anything. I closed the cabinets in a huff. I went back into our room and decided to try the way I used to use the most.

I went into the bathroom with a plastic cup and filled it with water. I tipped it over his head, making sure I got his hair and not his sheets. I ran away and he picked himself up and into a sitting position. By the time he had looked up and glared at me I was sitting innocently on my bed. He ran his hand through his newly soaked hair and it stuck to his forehead. It looked really hot with his glare. I gulped and looked away.

He stood up and shook his hair out. The water landed on me. I hated him again. Before he was just annoying, but I was hated him again like when I walked into the bathroom yesterday. I glared at him.

"What the hell was that for?" I yelled. I wiped my hand across my face to get rid of the water. It was a dumb question, but I was pissed so I didn't care.

"I don't like waking up to water in my face. It was payback." He said with a smirk before going into the bathroom and closing the door behind him. I wiped the water off of my arms and groaned. Leaning back on my bed, I grabbed the remote and flicked through the channels until I found something decent to watch.

I was still watching t.v. when he walked out of the bathroom with a towel around his waist. I tried not to look, but the water was dripping down his back.. Ugh, I hate his guts. I looked back at the t.v. and when I looked back at him he was going back into the bathroom with a handful of clothes. We also had a walk in closet, but that was where most of my clothes were. It was on the same wall as the bathroom, but closer to the door.

I went inside and picked out an outfit I would be comfortable in for a day of no classes. I walked back out with everything for the day, my makeup, my accessories and my sweatshirt. My sweatshirt was a black pullover with the Bruins symbol on it. I held it in my hand and put it on my bed. I was ready, but I didn't want to stay inside all day. I knew where to go, but I would have to wait for Damen to leave first, I also hated tagalongs on my personal days.

Damen's POV

I opened the door back into the bedroom with the towel around my waist and made my way over to my dresser. As I was pulling the clothes out of my drawers I felt someone looking at me. I smirked and didn't turn around. I knew who it was and it was pretty amusing for a girl who looks like she'd rather kill me than look at me. I wouldn't mind going to classes today to see what it's like for her, but I had the day off according to the headmaster, so I was just gonna put that off for a day.
