I'm forcing myself
to grow up too fast
who can blame me?
I'm 16 years old
I'm writing a poetry book to be published
I just finished my junior year in high school
I'm going to be a senior
I finished my freshman year of college
I'm going into my sophomore year
I don't even have my driver's license yet
just my permit, license in Sept 2019
I made the Dean's list for my freshman year
I'm going to graduate college before high school
I'll have my Associates of Applied Science
before my diploma
I've taken honours classes my entire academics
ive got my heart betrayed by a absent boy
one that I still love
I've already had failed relationships
2 so far, and countless lying friends
I'm only 16 years old
but I feel like I'm 25
