i came into school today with the big sign and the flowers and calum, again.
you were standing there at your locker and since we had first period together I knew which way you were headed.
you shut your locker and walked fast with your head down, but i was able to catch your eye.
you looked up and i saw your bruise peeking from underneath some makeup. my eyes were threatening tears at this point. you scanned your eyes over everything that was before you, then you started crying.
i scrunched my eyebrows together and you shook your head no, quickly turning around and walked through the main doors outside.
i followed after you and you weren't there. i got in my car and cried, because this would have been our first homecoming together.
