A butterfly starts out as a caterpillar;
Unnoticed, ordinary.It has to endure life this way in order to teach it how to be gracious.
I knew being ordinary, ignored.
I knew a life of not being noticed.I have lived the life of somebody who didn't feel good in their own skin.
I was called unattractive.
I know the feeling of being a caterpillar.I've heard it before;
You don't understand, you have it easy, you've always been pretty.I had to adapt, change my self in order to be seen.
I had to go through metamorphosis in order to be perceived as "pretty."I'm gracious and understanding because even though;
I am now a butterfly.
I haven't always been.
