Taehyung ♡ Vampire | Part 4

"This feels so weird. I've hated humans all my life and all of a sudden I meet you and I'm soft. I feel like someone flipped a switch and I'm a totally different person. Then again... I'm not too upset about it."
"I kind of don't mind it either."
He smiled softly, his thumb gently running over my knuckles.
"You mentioned that you had been to a bunch of art museums and that you'd seen starry night." I said. "You were probably there when Van Gogh painted it."
"Hey! I was not. I'm not that old."
"How old are you then?"
"I've been a vampire for 100 years."
"Oh man you're old. I don't know if I like having a mate who's so old."
"If it makes you feel better I'm 23 in human years."
"So you've been 23 for a hundred years?"
He nodded.
"Woah."
"It's late, I should get home and wash these bloody clothes. I want to see you again though."
"I want to see you again too."
"Do you want to go to an art museum with me tomorrow? There's one I like to go to, it's four hours away though."
"I think it'll be worth it."
"Really?"
I nodded.

He pulled his phone out and handed it to me.

"I hardly use this but I guess I have a need for it now."

I took his phone and put my number in letting him do the same with my phone.
We stood up and headed towards the doors of the cafe.

"Bye Yoongi!" I called.
"Bye you two! Have fun on your date tomorrow!" He shouted from behind the front counter.
Taehyung and I both let out a chuckle before walking outside.
"Can I walk you home?" He asked.
"Sure."

"Well, this is my place." I said.
"It's cute."
"Thanks."

I stepped up on the porch, Taehyung standing awkwardly behind me.

"You okay?"
"Um..." He trailed off. "Can I kiss you?"
My eyes widened a bit at his sudden question.
"You can." I nodded.

He walked up to me, his arm wrapping securely around my waist. He gently brushed my hair out of my face.

"You're so pretty."
"No." I shook my head.
"Yes you are."

Before I could protest he leaned in and kissed me. He wasn't rough or forceful, but gentle. I closed my eyes and found myself leaning into him. This felt right. I feel like I was meant to find Taehyung. Maybe this is what is like to be mates with a vampire.

He pulled away.

"I'm so sorry about tonight. I'm sorry for trying to attack you."
"It's okay. I'm just glad Yoongi caught you before anything could happen."
"Me too. I promise from now on I'll only protect you. I won't ever hurt you."
"Thank you Tae." I said using his nickname for the first time.
"Sleep well. I'll text you tomorrow."
"Okay. You sleep well too. Uh I- I mean if you do sleep."
"I do." He laughed lightly.
"Okay, then uh sleep well."
"You too."

I opened the door and stepped inside. I started to close the door but stopped.

"Bye." I said.
"Bye."

I continued to stand there.

"Oh my gosh why am I having such a hard time leaving you?" I groaned.
"You've fallen for me that quickly?" He smirked.
"Says the one who asked if he could kiss me."
"Right." He grinned. "I'll see you tomorrow."
"See you tomorrow."

I finally closed the door. I turned around and put my back against it before letting out a sigh.

He's too cute.

I looked through the peephole and saw Taehyung was still standing on the porch. He looked straight into the peephole and blew a kiss at me.
I giggled like a teenage girl. He smirked and turned around walking off the porch.

Taehyung what am I gonna do with you?

I was just looking and noticed the large number of reads on it o m g
Also my book is the 5th book to pop up if you search "BTS imagines" I-
I truly have no words. AND THIS BOOK HAS 105K READS!

(Okay I wrote this author's note yesterday and since then, BTS Imagines has gone from 525K to 532K reads!!!!! AND this book has gone from 105K to 107K reads!)
MY BOOK HAS GAINED THOUSANDS OF READS IN THE SPAN OF 2 DAYS! I can't believe it, I just can't believe so many people read my stuff and enjoy it. I still cannot wrap my mind around it 😭💙 Thank you all so much I really really appreciate all your support and your nice comments !

AOTD: I have trouble getting into girl groups but I like Blackpink, Twice and Momoland
I like Blackpink more for the members rather than their music because I only like a few songs
