Sunday, September sixteenth.
6:50 pm.
The ceremony was now done and everyone was now just talking to Ellie and Ron. You and Gabriela were eating snacks because you both were hungry.
"Is this bad that we are eating when in like forty minutes we are eating a meal"? Gabriela asks with her mouth open.
"No". You say shoving a cracker in your mouth.
Gabriela nods her head as she swallows her food.
"I wonder when jack is coming". Gabriela says grabbing more crackers.
You nod your head.
Minutes go by and the next thing you notice it's already 7:00 pm.
You were talking to some people who walked up to you and Gabriela wasn't by you. She had gone to use the bathroom when you were stuck talking to Ellie's mom and her friend who didn't talks.
"Why I love your dress". Ellie's mom says clapping her hands together.
You uncomfortably said, "thank you".
Then you see Gabriela running up to you.
"Come with me"! Gabriela says excitedly.
"I'm talking to Ellie's mom". You say with a fake smile.
( what your about to read was in one of my dreams a while ago before I wrote this book. I was sad when I woke up and found out it wasn't real )
Gabriela takes your arm and pulls you to the doorway without the door. She leaves you there and you peek around the wall and see jack.
Jack sees you and you run up to jack and you hug him tightly as he hugs you tightly back.
( end of dream. I know, it was a short friggen dream 😂 )
You both stay in the hug for a long minute. Then jack pulls away and smiles into your eyes.
"You look really nice". Said jack with a smile.
You couldn't help but smile as big as you could.
"You don't look bad yourself". You say back.
Jack was wearing a nice tuxedo.
Jack laughs slightly.
Gabriela walks up.
"This is the best day of my life". Gabriela says smiling.
You roll your eyes.
"Mine too". Jack says smiling.
Your eyes widen to his words.
"It is"? You ask jack with a smile.
"I mean, I've been wanting to meet you for a while now". Jack says.
"I would never think you'd think this is the best day of your life". You shrug.
"I don't think, I know". Jack laughs.
You blush just a little.
Gabriela smiles so big.
"Are you just singing or what"? Gabriela asks jack.
"Singing while playing guitar". Jack says holding up his guitar.
"Cool". Gabriela smiles.
"I'm going to let you two be alone for a bit". Gabriela says walking away.
You turn to jack.
"Finally". Jack smiles.
"Finally what"? You ask.
