"Who wants to go first?" Mr. Miličević asks. I look at Maya and she looks at me.

Do you want to go first? I thought even if she can't hear me. We both shook our heads together and she raised her hand up.

"Maya you want to go first?" He asks.

"Yep with Frank." She replied getting up and I did the same. We both walk to the backstage of the auditorium to get our guitars. I grab Pansy, which is a Les Paul Epiphone that's white with the word 'Pansy' on it. Maya grabs her Fender Stratocaster. She calls it stripes because it is dark blue with black stripes.

"Stage 4 Fear of Trying. Remember I'll sing and you can hum, but please for me could you sing." I begged as we walk to the stage.

"I'll try." Maya said. We stand in the middle of the stage and started playing and I started singing.

If I face my fear

Will my skies be all but clear?

Probably not, then again,

I've always held my doubts so close to my heart

That these frames have trapped all my better days

There they stay frozen and unscathed

thought I've traveled far,

I've been back to the start

I found some scars in places I have never shown to anyone

I don't know why it took so long to get back home

At this point Maya started to sing and I looked at her and gave her an encouraging smile.

"If you could hear the dreams I've had, my dear..."

Yea I know, you've heard that line before

But if I had the chance to scream all the things I've underlined

Yea you'd find I'm a thief

But my taste is to refined

And I traveled far, I reached for the stars

But those stars don't reach back,

They're better left alone,

Everyone will tell you

I never felt more alone than when I fell

I don't know why it took so long to get back home

All these miles just to get back home

Travelled all these miles just to get back home

Travelled all these miles just to get back home

When we finished playing we bowed and most people clapped, but there was two people who were whispering to each other and laughing. Jack Barakat and Alex Gaskarth, they both bully me and they are in All Time Low. They are just major dicks.

Maya and I walk backstage and put our guitars away.

"Hey don't listen to Jack and Alex." Maya said.
