dear rain, wash my pain away, and my tears won't be astray.

hide the cold tears cascading down my face, my rosy cheeks drenched from your wet embrace.

calm my anxieties, sweep away all the storms.

cover me in a blanket of water, sway me gently, don't let me go.

water cascaded softly from my eyes, and left a trail as it went by.
please, wipe my tears softly, caress me gently.

please, keep me company, even though i may annoy.
please, rain, make all the pain go away.
