One day while working on the bridge Ian had gone down to the watering stream. He had gone many times before with Galek.

He'd been in the land so long a false sense of security set in.

The strange orc came from nowhere. Knocking his feet from underneath him. And his breath.

Ian began fighting his glasses flying.

The orc beat him causing him to lose his breath and stop screaming.

"What's under all this clothing human? Why do you cover yourself so?"

The orc tore at him shocking Ian to silence. Unable to breath from the beating.

The orc undid his leathers holding onto the young man.

Ian awoke a bit and started to fight again.

Grunting and pushing and shoving he fought the orc as best he could.

Galek heard them before he saw them grabbing the orc by his scruff and flinging him. He was a scrawny little thing for an orc. He landed in a thicket of knarled shrubs from which he never got up.

Come. Come with me.

Ian was shaking his clothes torn and his face was bloodied.

But I have to finish the days work.

I'm taking you home.

Protesting he bundled him up and flung him over his shoulder and didn't stop until he reached the safety of their room.

Stupid human.

No. No. You will not do that. Just because I went for a drink.

This is not your country!! He yelled.

I know! I see that everyday!

Water was brought.

Bathe.

No.

Yes.

Then turn around go away or do something besides stare!

The orc slammed the door to sit outside of it.

Stupid he thought. So stupid.

Food was brought.

You can't sit out there all night come and share food with me. I can't let you starve.

He grunted.

They'd been doing so well. Getting along so well. Even enjoying eachother. And then this.

Ian had found he could trust him with anything.

And they often shared thoughts nights when they shared food. Sometimes they were just dreams. Sometimes they were deep about each other's race questions both of them tried to answer but couldn't.

Now as Galek stood tending their things while he nursed his wounds, He found himself wondering what it would be like to be joined to the orc. If he'd been made to.

He knew Galek hoped to purchase a docca one day. For a flitting moment he had entertained the idea of becoming one himself. And why not? What was waiting for him at him? A bickering mother and gods know what kind of woman would go with him. But the idea of such an unnatural act put him off.  It was not meant to happen.  The joining of someone inside himself. He could not imagine it. He might be soft but he was made to fit with a female.

And now they were both just mad.

Why are you so mad?

He yelled across the table.

You know nothing Ian. Nothing. If you die I am bound to you and can lose my life also. But more than that

I thought I'd lost you.

He gruffly put his hand on top of the mans head but then ended with caressing the side of his face.

You have no idea the world in which you exist and how easily it could unravel for you.

I'm not stupid. You think I don't know. I am more aware than you realize. I will not stand here and be told I am stupid. There are things YOU do not grasp. I don't flaunt them in front of you!

He moved to slap the but froze.

How is it that you care for me Orc?

I just do. From the beginning I have.

What is it that you want from me Galek?

Staring straight at the man he said.

Galek grunted.  And his eyes narrowed.  A kind of tension filled the room.  Galek moves towards him.

I want to touch you.  On the lips.

Ian instinctively touched his lips. His eyes fully dilated.

I do not share an attraction to your kind or to males.  The thought would be unnatural to me.

In truth Ian had never been attracted to anything. His member had grown hard in his sleep during his changing time but other than that it had never been put to use.

He looked at the orc.

What if my kiss is what you need to awaken you? Settle down.

He knew a bit of Ian's history. Knew he had had no coupling in his lifetime. They had shared much in the past.

No.

Yes.

I am going to touch you. I will have this. There is nothing you can do.

Finally grasping him he settled him tightly in his arms.

Ian. Look at me.

No.

Ian.

Look at me.

Ian turned to face the beast he had come to know so well.

He steadied his gaze on the orc in silence.

Slowly the orc dipped down. It was a timid kiss. The orc lips surrounding the human ones feeling their softness.

Ian gasped. Trying to move his face.  Galek steadied it.

He slipped his forked tongue into ians mouth as the man had gasped, lightly touching his pink tongue.

He wanted to look at Ian but knew if he broke the kiss that would be it.

He moved to give the young man a kiss delving deeper in with his tongue. Pressing against him.

Several things happened.  Ian for the first time in his life felt needed.  Desired.  Demanded of. He'd been grateful to the orc.  And right now a little gratefulness was all it took for Ian to relax.

He felt Ian shift and then relax. His head tilted back.

Taking that as a sign Galek delved in. The beast began to work his mouth over the human like he had never done so before.

Ian found he liked it.

Ian breathed then flicked his tongue back into the orc.

And a fire was lit.

The kiss built between them. Until finally they were consuming one another.

Galek pulled Ian away first.

His mouth swollen and open. He was panting.

Galeks mouth slowly curled into a smile.

Oh my gods. Whispered Ian.
