6 months later,
Naira is seen wearing a red saree and combing her hairs infront of mirror.
Kartik came inside the room and got mesmerized seeing her.He went towards her and back hugged her and started rubbing his chin on her shoulder.
Suddenly Naira came out of his hold and ran towards the washroom.Kartik ran behind her.
She was doing vommiting there.Kartik rubbed her back to calm her.
K- Chalo ab btao raat to bahar ka kya khaya tha.🙄
N- Promise kro daatoge to ni.
K- Nhi daatunga promise.
N- Vo maine nw kl Gol-gappe khaye the.😬
K- Jaan q karti ho aise.
Naira started crying.
K- Ary Jaan tum ro q rhi ho.
N- (crying with hiccups) Tumne mujhse promise kiya tha ki tum mujhe ni daatoge lkin fir v tumne mujhe daata.
K- (wiping her tears) Axha sry nw Jaan aaj k baad nhi daatunga.
N- (cutely) Sacchi!
K- Muchchi!
He kissed on her forehead and took her outside.
N- Kartik tumhe late ho rha hoga nw office k liye tum jaao.
K- Lekin..
N- Lekin vekin kuch nhi mai bilkul thik hu..tum office jaao.
K- Are you sure?
N- Yes Kartik!
And she kissed on his cheeks.Kartik smirked and started coming towards her lips but Naira pushed him and ran away from there.

Kartik was leaving for office.
Suddenly Naira's head started spinning.She was about to fall but Kartik catched her on time.He made her sit on sofa.Everyone came there.
K-(worridely) Jaan chalo doctor k pass chalte h.
N- Nhi Kartik mai bilkul thik hu.
Dadi- Haa kittu weakness ki wajah se aagya hoga chakkar uppar se itni garmi v to h.
Kartik still wasn't satisfied.
K- Lekin Naira ek baar doctor ko dikha dete h nw.
N- Kartik mai thik hu.
K- (frustratingly) Thik h jo marzi aye karo.
And he left from there in anger.Naira got teary-eyed.
Su- Naira tum apne room me jaakr rest karo.
Naira nodded and went upstairs.
She sat on bed and thought of calling Kartik.
N- Karli nw tune apne mann ki Naira..hogya nw Kartik gussa..call kar k dekhti hu..nhi abhi nhi baad me karungi Kartik drive kar raha hoga.
With these thoughts she fell asleep.
Scene shifts to Kartik in office.
K- Ek baar call v nhi kiya naira ne..smjhti q nhi h vo fikr h mujhe uski.

Naira woke up in afternoon.
N- Oh god mai itna zyada kaise so gayi..Kartik k paas call karti hu.
She called him up didn't picked up.She again and tried but he didn't picked up.
N- (teary-eyed) Itni bhi kya narazgi Kartik.
Suwarna came there with food and Naira immediately wiped her tears.
Su- (cupping her face) Ab tumhari tabiyat kaisi h beta.
N- Thik h maa.
Su- Chalo ab jaldi se khana kha lo.
N- Maa mujhe bhook nhi h.
Su- Naira agar tum khana nhi khaogi to tumhe weakness ho jayegi nw.
N- Maa ek baar Kartik se baat kar lu fir kha lungi.
Suwarna nodded and left from there.
N- Pta nhi Kartik ne lunch kiya v hoga ki nhi.🙁
She didn't have her lunch.

Now it was night.
Manish came back from office alone.
N- Papa Kartik kahan h.
M- Beta vo kuch important kaam aagya tha..thoda late ayega Kartik.
Naira nodded and served dinner for everyone.
Su- Naira beta tum v baitho nw.
N- Nhi Maa mai kartik k saath karungi.
Suwarna smiled.

Naira was pacing in the hall as it was 11 o' clock and Kartik still hasn't arrived yet.
N- Itna late to kabhi nhi hota h.
She again tried calling him but it was unreachable.

Here Kartik finished all his work and looked at his watch.
K- Oh god! Itna late hogya..Naira pareshaan ho rhi hogi..subah se kitni baar call kar chuki h vo.
He took his car keys and left from there.

Naira was standing but suddenly she started feeling dizzy.
N- (holding her head) Ye kya ho raha h mujhe.
And she fell unconscious on the floor.
After sometime when Kartik reached there he got shocked seeing his Naira lying unconscious on the floor.
K- Naiirrraaaaa!
Due to his shout everyone woke up.
He immediately ran towards her and took her head in his lap.
K- (patting her cheeks+crying) Jaan ankhein kholo nw plz..I'm sry for not picking up your call..beat me slap me but plz don't do this with me.
Suwarna bought water and sprinkled on her face but she didn't wake up.
K- (crying) Maa naira aakhein q nhi khol rhi h.
Dadi- Kittu shaant ho jaao aur Naira ko kamre me lekar chalo.
M- Mai doctor to call karta hu.
Kartik took Naira into their room and sat beside her holding her hand.
K- (kissing her hand) Mai tumhe kuch nhi hone dunga Jaan.
Soon the doctor came there and started checking her.Kartik didn't leave her side.
K- Doctor meri Naira thik to h nw?
The doctor looked at him with a tensed face.
