The episode starts with everyone hearing a baby cry!
The door of OT opened and doctor came out with a baby in her hands.
Kartik ran towards her.
Doctor- Congratulations Mr.Goenka it's a baby girl.
Doctor gave the baby to him.
K- (teary-eyed) Doctor ye mera baby h?
Doctor nodded.
Kartik kissed all over on his baby's face.
K- Doctor Naira..
Doctor- Don't worry Mr.Goenka she is fine just unconscious due to weakness.
K- Can I meet her?
Doctor- Yes but first we have to shift her to private ward.
Kartik nodded and doctor left.
Kartik smiled at his baby girl when she held his thumb with her tiny and soft hands.
K- (teary-eyed) Kaisi feeling h ye Krishna g mai express nhi kar paa raha hu.
And he kissed on her forehead.
Dadi- Thu Thu Thu!! Kitni pyari h ye kisi ki nazar na lage.
Everyone took the baby one by one.

Naira started opening her eyes.Her hands reached to her flat stomach.
She immediately turned and saw an empty crib.
N- (panicking) Mera baby..baby Kahan h?
K- (entering the room) Baby apne papa k paas h.
Naira saw Kartik entering with their little bundle of joy.
Kartik gave the baby to Naira.
N- (crying) Kartik..ye hum..ara baby..
K- Haa Naira humari beti.
Naira brings the baby close to her chest and and cried.
N- (crying) Kartik saari galti meri h..stairs par mujhe dhyaan se chalna chahiye tha..aaj meri wajah se humare baby ko..
K- (hugging her) Shh..Jaan bass..ab to sab thk h nw.
He wiped her tears and kissed on her forehead.
Soon everyone came inside and congratulated them.

Now it was night,
Ak- Kartik beta mai ruk jaati hu Naira k saath tum ghar chale jaao.
K- Nhi Mumma aap ghar jaiye mai manage kar lunga.
Ak- Lekin Kartik..
Kartik somehow made her understand and everyone left.
Kartik entered into Naira's ward.
K- Jaan!
N- Shhhh..Dheere bolo baby so ri h.
Kartik nodded and sat on the table beside her bed.
K- Abb tum v so jaao.
Naira nodded and Kartik patted her head to make her sleep.
After sometime he looked up and saw her sleeping peacefully.He kissed on her forehead.

Midnight,
Kartik is sleeping on the couch and Baby with Naira on the bed.
Suddenly the baby started crying which broke Kaira's sleep.
Naira took the baby and in her arms.
N- Alle Alle kya hua mere baby ko.. Mumma h nw..
K- Naira use bhook lagi hogi tum use feed kardo.
Naira nodded and started feeding the baby.
N- Kartik ye kitni pyaari h nw.
K- Haa bilkul apni Mumma k jaisi.
Naira smiled.
After sometime the baby slept.Naira kissed on her forehead due to which the baby stirred in sleep.She was looking so cute.They went all aww on her.
Kartik side-hugged naira as the baby was in her lap.They were adoring their little cutie just then something strike Kartik's mind.
K- Jaan!
N- Hm!
K- Humne to abhi tak ek doosre ko congratulate hi ni kya.
N- To kya hua abhi kar dete h..Congrats baby k Papa (kissing his cheeks)
K- (kissing on her forehead) Congrats baby ki Mumma.

Leap of 1 week,
In this one week Naira got discharged from hospital and Goenka's welcomed them grandly.
Today is the Namkaran Ceremony of Kaira's baby.
In kaira room,
Naira is wearing her bangles in a hurry just then Kartik came there and back hugged her.He started rubbing his chin on her shoulder.
N- Plz Kartik abhi nhi..vaise v late hogya h aur mujhe abhi baby ko v ready karna h.
She came out of his hold.
K- Shant ho jaao balike!
Kartik from back pulled her towards him and her back landed on his chest.
Kartik sensuously tied the Dori of her blouse pulling her towards him.Naira closed her eyes.
Kartik took her towards mirror and helped her in getting ready.
Naira got ready and Kaira together made the baby ready.
They came downstairs.Baby was in Kartik's arms.
Everyone complemented them.Later everyone danced surrounding Kaira and they too joined them.
Now it was time was announcing the the name.
Dadi- Kittu aur Naira batao kya naam sochaa h.
K&N- KAIRA!
K- Kartik Naira ki Kaira!
N- Kaira ki KaIra!
And they smiled looking at each other.Baby Kaira too smiled looking at their parents.
