''Y/N?'' your mom calls from downstairs. ''Is everything okay?''
Gulping harshly, you scream back a ''Yeah!'' before cautiously walking towards your demolished phone.
What the hell have I gotten myself into?
''I need to get a new phone...'' you mutter, throwing the cracked device into the trash.

Nodding in satisfaction at your brand new IPhone, you add up all the contacts you remember from the top of your head.
As you do so, you can't help but wonder where 'Unknown' had gotten your old number in the first place. He randomly popped up one day, but how?
You shrug, diminishing all unnecessary thoughts.
I've got a new phone now...he can't message me now anyway.
Sliding your phone back into your pocket, you stride into the classroom nonchalantly, glancing around as you tried to spot out your two friends.
To your dismay, you only see one of them.
''Lisa!'' you whisper, trying to grab her attention as you seated yourself on your seat. She tilts her head, smiling weakly.
''yeah?''
You furrow your eyebrows, observing the dark circles on her eyes and her pale skin. She did not look well at all...
You clap your hands in front of her face. ''Listen, you were right. About the masked men. And they really are dangerous-''
''Y/N!'' your teacher boomed, eyebrows furrowed in annoyance due to the disruption you were causing. ''Quiet!''
Lisa's eyes widen slightly, as if she had recalled something, but the lifeless expression seeps back into her expression when the teacher interrupts your conversation.
''I'll explain in text'' you whisper to her, and she nods in understanding. Glancing around the classroom, you exhale a sigh. Still no sign of Kai...where the hell is he?
Wait, is that Mina?
Your eyes fall on her petite figure, back slouched as she stared to the ground. She must have felt your gaze, because her head jolts back to look at you.
Her eyes are wide, a crazed smile plastered onto her lips.
''shit'' you curse under your breath, breaking off eye contact immediately. You hear her laugh eerily, making the class stop and look at her.
''Mina?'' the teacher questions reluctantly. ''What-''
''The Lord is waiting for me'' she screams, eyes wide as she abruptly stands up. As she makes way towards the door, you notice a few more students, including Lisa, stand up too.
''The Lord is our savior. All hail Satan. The Lord is our savior. All hail Satan'' they chant demonically, eyes rolling back and forth as they walked towards the door.

''What the fuck is this shit?? I'm out'' you run towards the window and jump out, running as far as you could without looking back.
''I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming'' you whisper to yourself, eyes clamped closed as your legs seemed to work on it's own.
But you don't manage to get far when something grabs you, slamming you against the wall.
Your eyes shoot open, startled and surprised. ''Did it get you?'' the tear mask pins you onto the wall, captivating eyes demanding an immediate answer.
''I don't know, everyone's gone crazy-''
''Where's your phone?'' he asks, eyes searching for the device.
''Back pocket'' you answer, mind still trying to figure whatever the hell was going on.
His hands snake around your waist, fingers sliding against your butt until he feels the device.
He stiffens for a moment before inhaling.
''why the hell did you put it there?'' you can imagine him grimacing beneath his mask, edging away. He types a few numbers onto your phone before slamming it back into your hands.
''fuck off now''
You stare at your phone confused, watching his cloaked figure jump onto a building and disappear.
