Background- Growing up Lance lost his mother to a drug overdose. His father eventually was unable to provide the basic needs for him. At the age of ten, he was sent to live with his Aunt and Uncle in rural America. His Uncle being ex-military inspired him to pursue a similar path.
Succeeding throw basic and several deployments he was later initiated into the Rangers. A year later he took interest in the Ghosts and pushed himself to prove he can become one.
Joining Kill squad he set his sights on being the team leader. Due to his tendency to not listen to others, he was denied the position. Though not the squad leader is opinion is welcomed during missions.
Personality- Determined, headstrong, resistant are a few words to describe Lance. Easily provoked when a disagreement comes. Becomes confrontational with teammates, especially Kingpin. Gave Sophia the nickname Mother to which Leroy decided was her new name.
