Make-Up ~ A Jungkook x Reader

~Part One~

After a minute or two, the song finishes and the boys walk over to get water. "Who's that?" Taehyung questions, being the first to notice the new woman. "Guys, this is Y/N; your new make-up artist," Sejin introduces. "Ah, Y/N!" Jungkook beams, "Is that what PD wanted?" he asks. "Yep," Y/N nods, smiling lightly. "You know her?" A handsome brown haired boy with huge shoulders asks, confused. "I met her in the elevator today," Jungkook chuckles. "It's nice to meet you, Y/N," the tallest greets, "I'm Namjoon." Y/N shakes his hand, "Nice to meet you, too," she nods. "Oh, I'm Jin; worldwide handsome, you know?" The broad shouldered boy says. "I'm your hope, J-Hope, but you can call me Hoseok," a smaller man who looks like the sun grins. "I'm Taehyung," a very symmetrical man greets. "I'm Jimin," the smallest says, "and that lazy lump is Yoongi," he laughs, pointing to the man who's flopped on the floor. "It's a pleasure to meet you all," Y/N smiles. "Alright boys, go get cleaned up a bit and dressed, then miss Y/N here will do your make-up," Sejin orders, sending the boys off.

While the boys are off getting ready, Y/N sorts through the make-up products she's been given. "They really spare no expense for these guys," she reflects, noticing the copious amounts of expensive products. "Whatcha lookin' at?" A voice questions right behind Y/N. The woman flinches, nearly dropping the foundation she was holding. "Jungkook?" Y/N asks. "Yep," he chuckles, sitting down next to Y/N. "I thought you were getting ready," Y/N comments, confused. "Already did," Jungkook laughs, gesturing to his outfit. Y/N looks over; he's wearing black ripped jeans and a black sweatshirt. "You look nice," Y/N compliments, nodding approvingly. "Hey, uh, how old are you?" Jungkook asks shyly. Y/N cocks an eyebrow, "22, why?" Jungkook nods, "So I know to call you Noona," he laughs with his bunny smile. "His smile is so cute~" Y/N smiles. "Wait what did my mind just think," she immediately reprimands herself mentally. "Oh, alright," Y/N chuckles. "Want me to do your make-up?" She asks, putting the products she was examining previously away. "Sure!" Jungkook agrees, positioning himself in front of Y/N. Y/N immediately gets ready; she finds the right foundation for him, eyeliner, mascara, concealer, and eyebrow pomade. She starts with foundation, dabbing globs of it across Jungkook's face, before grabbing a brush to blend it everywhere. "How long have you been working at BigHit?" Jungkook asks, looking into Y/N's eyes. "About two years now," she answers. Inwardly, Y/N is desperately trying to focus on her job, and not on the very handsome man in front of her. "Noona, are you ok? You look a little red," Jungkook asks, innocently unaware. "Yeah, I'm good," Y/N says quickly, finishing up the foundation. Next, she moves onto concealer, "Not that he needs any," Y/N mentally notes, noticing the boy's flawless skin. "How's being an idol?" Y/N asks, trying to distract her unprofessional mind. "Stressful," Jungkook sighs, "Everyone holds us on a pedestal and seems to forget we're human, too." Y/N nods; working at BigHit she is very aware of how idols are made to be perfect role models. "But it's always worth it whenever I get to see ARMY having a great time," he smiles. "Have you heard any of our songs?" He asks, once again staring into Y/N's soul. "Only a few of the popular ones," Y/N admits, "But I've loved them all," she adds. "What's your favorite?" Jungkook asks, smiling. "Probably Fake Love," Y/N decides after a moment. "Ah, I like performing that one," he smiles.

After a while, Y/N is done with everything except eyeliner and mascara. "Great, the most personal one," she sighs. "Ok, could you open your eyes wide and look up, please?" Y/N asks, with Jungkook abiding. Y/N lightly adds eyeliner in his upper water lines, holding her breath as to not stab the boy's eye. "Thank you," Y/N says after finishing that. "The last thing is mascara, so I would recommend not moving," Y/N jokes. Y/N grabs the mascara, opening it so she can finish the boy's make-up. She leans forward, lightly holding Jungkook's jaw while she applies the make-up. Jungkook gazes at her face the whole time, admiring her soft features. "She's pretty," he reflects. Y/N leans back, releasing JK's jaw. "Done," she grins, admiring her work. Jungkook looks in the mirror, "Noona, this looks amazing! Thanks!" he beams.

The rest of the boys come in, and Y/N chats with them all while she does their make-up. After a while, they are all finally ready. "Let's head out," Sejin announces, leading the way towards the door. As she is following Sejin, Y/N feels a light tap on her shoulder. Turning, she spots Jungkook walking behind her. "You might want to put this on, since you're our make-up artist now," he says softly, handing Y/N a face mask. "Ah, thank you," she bows lightly, strapping it on as Jungkook does his own. "Wait a second; this smells like him. Did he give me one of his?" Y/N wonders. Before she can ask, they are all outside, and are immediately surrounded by paparazzi. Y/N is quickly separated from the boys, slight panic flooding her. Suddenly, she feels a warm hand grab hers, pulling her along. Y/N looks up only to see Jungkook being the owner of the hand, leading her to the car. The two quickly hop inside, being the last ones. "Thanks," Y/N sighs, leaning back in her seat. "It's nothing; You'll get used to them eventually," Jungkook smiles comfortingly. "Wait, aren't I supposed to be riding with the staff?" Y/N asks quickly. "Ah, it's fine, they don't really have room in that car anyways," Namjoon tells her, turning around in his seat. "So you can ride with us!" Tae says happily. Y/N smiles and nods, turning her head to look out the window. A couple of times she would glace away from the window, and would see Jungkook look away quickly. "Wonder what's up with him," Y/N questions. "Must just also be looking out the window," she concludes.
