Johns Pov

I was shocked I had not seen Phil in almost over a year ! Nobody has even heard from him and now he's here looking for Nikki ?

John: Umm yeah she's up stairs what are you doing here ?

Phil: I came to see her ! We had plans before she has to go to San Diego later on in the day !

John: Yeah bu.........

Nikki came down and once she saw Phil she ran to him !

Nikki: Omg Phil !

Phil: Hey what's wrong why are you crying ? Where's Jake ?

Nikki: Phil he's gone !

Phil: Did that bastard leave you ! I'm going to kill.........

Nikki: No Phil he's dead !

She said as she began to cry !

Phil: Omg what happened ?

Nikki: He had cancer for almost a year and never told any of us ! He knew his days were numbered and never told me !

Phil: Why ?

Nikki: I don't know ! That's what I have been asking myself !

Phil: When did this happen I was with him just last week !

Nikki: Yesterday ! It was around the evening !

Phil: Oh my poor little Nicole !! How could he not tell us !

Nikki: I don't know Phil ! I'm just happy you're here !

She said as she hugged him !

Phil: Oh I'm not leaving you during this horrible time !

Nikki: I mean its fine if you need to go ! Dean and Roman are here and so is John and his family and Randy and Brie are here too !

Phil: No ! We've been together for months now there's no way I'm leaving you alone !

Nikki: Thank you !

He said as she cried into his chest ! And he kissed the top of her head !

Phil: I just can't believe it !!

Nikki: I know !

John: I'm going to go check on everyone !

He left the room

Phil: Hey can we talk in private !

Nikki: Yeah let's go next door !

Phil: You have the key to his house ?

Nikki: Yeah and he had mine haha !

Phil: Okay come on !

They leave not telling anyone !!

Nikki: So what's up ?

Phil: Did you tell John ?

Nikki: Jake kind of took care of that !

Phil: How ?

Nikki: He wrote me a letter and Brie read it to me out loud and well he was there ! Oh and his niece Sophia found my ultrasound picture ! So they kind of figured it out before they came to see me and the letter just confirmed it haha !

Phil: Well it's good that he knows !

Nikki: Yeah but that still doesn't mean we have worked through our issue with his daughter ! Who is here by the way !

Phil: Talk to him and see how you can work it out !

Nikki: I will !

Phil: So I have some news !

Nikki: What ?

Phil: I'm divorcing Aj !

Nikki: What why ?

Phil: I just think life is better when we're apart ! I mean I have been having the time of my life here with you that I never ever once thought about Aj and when I went home to her all I could think about was being back here with you !

Nikki: Aww Phil I'm so sorry !

Phil: Don't be it's for the best !

Nikki smiled and hugged him !

Nikki: Come on before they start to wonder where we went haha !

Phil: Okay here I'll help you up !

Nikki: Yes please !!

He helps her up and they walked back to her house when they walk in they see John and the food !

Phil: Okay well I see you're good right now I'll be back in an hour I have something to do and I guess our plans where canceled ?

Nikki: Sadly !

Phil: I just I still can't process this !

Nikki: I wish I knew then I would hav...

Phil: Would have what ?

Nikki looked at John ! Then back at Phil !

Nikki: I would have married him !

John: What ?!?!?

Nikki turned to faced him again and Phil held on to her !

Nikki: I would have married him that way I could have had that martial custody and I would have the right by law to make him go under treatment !

Phil: He wasn't under treatment ?

Nikki: No he let it kill him he let himself die instead of fighting it ! If I knew I would have married him gotten the custody and made him do it wether he wanted or not !

John: Nicole you have to understand that he kept this from you and everyone else he didn't want to fight he must have had a reason !

Nikki: I know but.....

Phil: No he's right love ! He had his reason we may never know why all we could do is just respect them !

Nikki: I guess !

Phil just smiled and kissed her forehead and rubbed her belly !

Phil: I'll come back later !

Nikki: Okay

She hugged him and walked him out ! Then came back in and sat on Johns lap !

Nikki: I'm heavy !

John: No you're not !

Nikki: Honestly !

John: You're a little more than I'm used to but nothing I can't handle !

Nikki: Can you rub my belly ?

John smiled and rubbed her belly !

Nikki: This feels nice !

Ashley then came down !

Ashley: Daddy, Nicole can I talk to you ?

John: Sure what's wrong ?

Ashley: It's about Kelly !

Nikki: Don't you mean your mom ?

Ashley: No she's not my mom............
