The One With The Sixth Friend

Kaycee and Tahani's apartment

It was just a regular day for this group of friends

"Okay no that's not what that means," Kaycee said

"Come on if a girl dances on me why should I not pursue?" Julian said

"Just because a girl dances on you doesn't mean she wants you," Tahani said

"I don't know why would she come towards us if she wasn't interested," Josh said

"You're my older brother and I can't believe I'm smarter than you," Tahani said "What if she just wants to dance? Ever thought of that?"

"What do you think Sean?" Kaycee asked to be the tie breaker

"I... have to side with the girls," Sean said as the girls cheered over their victory as the boys just looked disappointed

A ding went off "Oh the food!" Kaycee said hopping up and heading over to the kitchen area

"Hey the only reason you agreed with Kaycee was because you're so hopelessly in love with her," Julian said

"Not true," Sean denied

"Sean! Help me in the kitchen!" Kaycee called out with Julian making a whipping noise

"Coming!" Sean said looking at the amused looks from his friends "Doesn't prove anything"

"He's pathetic," Josh said as he glanced at the time "Oh I gotta go"

"So soon?" Tahani questioned

"Yeah, I got a job in the morning, but I should be free around lunch so we can meet up at the usual spot," Josh said getting up

"You ever get that roommate?" Julian asked Josh

"Not looking for a roommate," Josh said as he makes his way out after hugging his sister "See ya!"

"Bye Josh" Kaycee said as she glanced down at the food "And I made dinner for five..."

"Hey the more the merrier" Sean said cheering her up

"So, what did you make?" Julian asked as Tahani was watching TV

"My world-famous Lasagna!" Kaycee said pumping her arm in the air

"You mean the one you got from the store!" Tahani said from the living room area

"Shut up!" Kaycee said as Sean and Julian laughed "I know I'm not a great chef"

"I mean out of the five of us you're like... fifth" Julian said as Kaycee went to punch him which made Julian retreat to the living room area with Tahani

"I'm sure it'll taste great," Sean said flashing a smile as Kaycee smiled back as that small comment made her feel better

"Thanks" Kaycee said returning back to the food

The phone began to ring "I got it!" Tahani said picking up the phone "Hello!"

"I'm sure Josh forgot his keys or something" Sean joked making Kaycee laugh

"Yeah like the last time where he made Julian toss them out the window almost permanently losing them," Kaycee said as they laughed while they set up the table for dinner

"Okay okay just come on up," Tahani said trying to relax the person on the phone and then hanging it up

"Who was it Tahani?" Julian asked

"Um... Kaycee remember your old best friend?" Tahani asked

"...Tati?" Kaycee said

"No, your other old best friend" Tahani said
