It appears close to me now. I can see it, I can already feel it. I want to get there. I want to be free. I ran as fast as I could, trying to reach it with my hands. I'm perspiring. I was tired, and the other side of my mind was telling me I couldn't do it. But there is one thing in my heart that wants to see this through. For her sake, for her to let go. I hardly breath out the doubt inside me. A tender smile formed between my lips as I felt the light reflect off of my finger.
You just need a little bit more, Sara, and you will be the new version of yourself.
